Blocked admin account.

I have two accounts on Win 7 OS... an admin account and another is the domain account. In built administrator account is disabled by default. On my admin account, that I gave 3 times the wrong password and it got locked. Is there a way I can open it offline.
The message that is show is 'the reference account is currently locked and cannot connect '.

Hi Oberwald

It was completed last week and so far its only coast... I guess my domain administrator has locked that and the problem is that I don't know him. Y at - it otherwise that communicating with him to unlock the account. Thank you!!

If your domain administrator cannot be contacted, then practice common is to escalate the problem through your manager.

If there is a lockout time-based, so you can move it as follows:

  1. Start the machine mode of the BIOS Setup.
  2. Change the date of a year in the future.
  3. Unplug the network cable.
  4. Reset.
  5. Log in under your local administrator account.
  6. Create the spare account that I mentioned earlier.
  7. Reconnect the network cable, reset date, log in normally.

I tried to go through the cmd.exe using net user administrator / active: yes when logged in my profile. Did not work. Can not change via Control Panel (even though I used to, now I can't). I tried going through the local users and groups and well, can't find it. It is not listed under Computer Management (Control Panel > administrative tools > computer management). Had to do a search for secpol.msc, because it is not come immediately. I tried to open that and got an error strange message that something could not load. Looking now it gives nothing. It comes to MY computer, I always had administrator rights. Could the fact that I have blocked Web sites on my profile through familysafety.microsoft.com have had an impact on it? What else can I do to get the admin restored to my user account? I'm NOT a geek, but I'm not meaning well enough, as long as they are clear (help of screenshots). Help please!

    1. keep tapping F8 during the first phase of startup.
    2. select Repair from the menu.
    3. Select an administrator account, and then enter its password.
    4. When you are prompted, select System Restore.
    5. set Windows to a point before this problem occurred.

    See you soon

I bought the clean my Mac 3 software...

'Cleaning' apps are scams. Extract of effective defenses against software malware and other threats:

    • Never install a product that claims to 'clean up', 'speed', 'optimize', 'boost' or 'speed up' your Mac; to "wash", "tune" or to make it "brilliant". These allegations are absurd.
      • These products are marketed very aggressively. They are all scams.
      • They usually operate on the erroneous premise that Mac builds 'junk' that must be systematically 'cleaned' for optimum performance.
      • Trial versions of these programs are successful because they provide more instant gratification of free space on the disk.
      • This increased space is the result of irreversible destruction of files, programs or operating system components normally protected against accidental tampering or removal. The eventual result will be the reliable operation, poor performance and random crashes that may not become evident for months, or even years after their use, when updates of programs or OS X are finally released.
      • Memory "cleaners" that bypass the work of OS x memory management algorithms by purging the memory contents inactive for mass storage, which can only result in performance degradation and accelerated the hardware failure.

To remove 3 CleanMyMac itself, use its Uninstall module, followed the following additional steps:

    • Delete the file ~/Library/LaunchAgents/com.macpaw.CleanMyMac3.Scheduler.plist

      • To access this file, copy and Paste the following line in the menu to go to Finder > go to folder...

    ~/Library/LaunchAgents/

      • Locate the following file and drag it to the Trash:

    com.macpaw.CleanMyMac3.Scheduler.plist

    • Then, open  (menu Apple) > System Preferences > users and groups > login items.
    • Select the item of Menu of CleanMyMac3
    • Click on the [-] (button less).
    • Restart your Mac.

Beware that reinstall OS X has no effect on deletion CleanMyMac or reverse the damage, it is able to inflict on a system. To recover from the effects of using it to change the OS X / Sierra, you need additional software and essential files you need, follow the applicable recovery procedure below:

    • If you have a backup that you created before using CleanMyMac, now is the time to use it. For Time Machine, start macOS Recoveryand in the form of Mac OS X utilities , select restore from a Time Machine backup. Choose a date prior to the installation of CleanMyMac.
    • If you don't have a backup previous use of CleanMyMac, create one now. To do this read to use Time Machine to back up or restore your Mac.
      • The recovery procedure require that you erase the Mac using OS X Recovery, and then create a new user account whose content will be empty. You can then use Setup Assistant to migrate your essential documents, including photos, music, products of work and other essential files.
      • To erase and install OS X read How to reinstall Mac OS on your Mac.
        • Follow step 2 to completely erase the internal memory of the CMA: delete a volume using disk utility.
        • Then follow the procedure to move your content to a new Mac.
        • When asked how you want to transfer your data, select transfer from a Mac, Time Machine backup or boot disk.
        • Under Select the information to transfer, select only your old user account and do not select 'Applications', 'Computer and Network Settings' or 'other files and folders. Deselect these choices.
      • After using Setup Assistant, you will need to reinstall the essential software that you might need, once more without forgetting to install the software from their original sources and by omitting all non-essential software.
      • "Non-essential software" is a broad category that includes, but is not limited to the products 'antivirus' third party 'cleaning' and 'maintenance '.

  • 'Creative cloud' is working on a new admin account but not not in old account admin

    Hey community,.

As my "Adobe Creative Cloud" was no longer working (not able to connect) on my old admin account.

Adobe told me to create a new admin on 'El Capitan' account.

Working on the new creative cloud account.

(Adobe told me that there is a configuration problem on the old account)

    I would like to know

    • How can I detect what's the difference in configuration between the two account?
      or
    • How can I migrate all the settings and my old account to the new facilities?

    Purpose:
I have a different software on my old account that I use for my work; VMware Fusion 8, different browsers, printer software, tools etc.)

    And also the settings...

(I obviously don't want to use my old account for everything and have to switch to the new account just for the creative cloud...)

    Plan:

I can either migrate all the settings from the old account to the new or detect the problem in configuration in my old account.

    Kind regards

Adobe Creative Cloud ran after the new update of El Capitan.

    Any help... Please

    Hello

seems really strange, especially after the installation of a pc wireless card software. I can give you a suggestion:

EVERYTHING YOU DATA BACK UP AND REINSTALL YOUR OPERATING SYSTEM.

I think that it is the only way, because when you describe you already tried almost every thing, then a recovery is inevitable. Copy/backup your data and put the new OS on the HARD drive.

After that, make separate accounts (for example 3 accounts) and install the card netgear with the admin account. It should work.
    Would appreciate some comments.

    Welcome them

  • Place the Parental control over the Admin account

I use a Macbook Pro with El Capitan 11.1 2012

Today, I put Parental controls on my admin account, which resulted in the managed account. I can now use my normal administrator username / combo of password to remove it. I tried everything I found on the Internet, including into single user mode and create a new account to change to leave, but the code didn't work in my case.

I was wondering if there is any easy solution or new thoughts there for this OS...

Also why it not easier? Or at least a warning? Looks like Apple could have come up with something after that it was produced for the years.

Please take these steps to restore the privileges on your account. This somewhat tedious procedure is only necessary if you have verified that no work administrator account exists on the system.

If you do not already have a current backup of all your data, you must back up before taking any of the steps below. Ask if you need advice. You won't need the backup unless something goes wrong, which is always possible.

    Step 1

Start in recovery mode. The OS X Utilities appears.

    Step 2

This step only if you use FileVault 2. Start utility disk, then select the icon for the volume FileVault startup ("Macintosh HD", unless you have given it a different name.) It will be nested under another icon of the disc. Click the Open button in the toolbar and enter your login password when you are prompted. Then quit disk utility must be returned to the main screen.

    Step 3

    Select

    Utilities ▹ Terminal

in the menu bar. In the window that opens, type this:

    resetp

Press the tab key. The partial order you entered will automatically end this:

    resetpassword

Press return. Opens a window to reset the password. Select your boot if not already done volume. Pull down the menu option

    Select the user account

    and select

    Administrator (root)

Follow the prompts to set a password. It is safer to choose a password that includes only the characters a - z, A - Z and 0-9. I suggest that you write the password. If you don't write it down and forget about it, you will start again at step 1.

    Select

     ▹ Reboot...

    in the menu bar.

    Step 4

This step, as step 2, applies only if you use FileVault. Sign up as usual, then select

     ▹ Disconnect...

from the menu bar or press shift-command-Q key combination. Do not restart. You go back to the login screen.

    Step 5

On the login screen, click on the other... Enter 'root' (without the quotes) in the name field and the password set in step 3 in the password field. You should now be logged in as root. It is a potentially dangerous situation. Do nothing by being logged in as root except as indicated below. You'll be fine as long as you don't dismiss the plan.

Open the preferences users and groups window. Select your usual administrator account from the list of users and check the box marked

Allow the user to administer this computer

You will be prompted to restart. Do this and log in as yourself, not as root. Your administrator status should now be restored.

    Step 6 (optional, but recommended)

Follow the instructions in this article to support under the title "disable the root user. You must authenticate in directory utility as a 'root' with the password set in step 3. As another administrator authentication will not work.

  • 10.11.2 update blocks the account and apps

I've updated my Mac mini (i7, 16 GB; computer with 1 TB of HDD, more NAS RAID 5 attached, more a Lacie 2 TB hard drive for Time Machine backups) of OS X El Capitan 10.11.1 in 10.11.2. After the reboot, don't not a single application works. The only program that is running is Finder. Now, everything is extremely slow. Other applications - including system preferences - display a message that the app is damaged or incomplete. But on a second account (a standard account without administrator privileges), everything seems to work properly. Because I did a lot of customization in my admin account - and most of the programs are configured to run on this account only - I would be really grateful to pick up everything.

BTW, the idea to start my Mac with command-r and reinstall El Capitan 10.11.2 did not help.

    Any idea?

Please read this message before doing anything.

This procedure is a diagnostic test. It is unlikely to solve your problem. Don't be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.

The test is intended to determine if the problem is caused by a third-party software that loads automatically at startup or logon, by a device, by a police conflict or corruption of system files or some system caches.

Disconnect all devices wired except those required to test and remove all the expansion cards from secondary market, as appropriate. Start in safe mode and log on to the account of the problem.

Note: If FileVault is enabled in OS X 10.9 or an earlier version, or if a firmware password is defined, or if the boot volume is a software RAID, you can not do this. Ask for additional instructions.

Safe mode is much slower to boot and run as normal, with limited graphics performance, and some things work at all, including an audio output and a Wi - Fi connection on some models. The next normal boot can also be a bit slow.

The login screen is displayed even if you usually connect automatically. You need your password to log on. If you have forgotten the password, you will have to reset it before you begin.

Test in safe mode. Same problem?

After testing, restart as usual (not in safe mode) and make sure you always have the problem. View the results of the test.

buy an iphone 5s by amazon and I came with iCloud blocked an account... I called the seller and does not that I do that I'm from Venezuela please need your help

No one here can help you. The device is locked activation. Since you have made the purchase by Amazon, you can check with them to see if they will stand behind it. No one on the forum, or Apple can help you remove the lock. Only the previous owner can do this. I suggest that you demand a refund, so let's start a claim with Amazon about this dealer.
