  There is no reason that you can't continue to use PS Elements.  It is available for download.  If you do not want the subscription, you must cancel and incur any penalty charges, it is.

  No, you need to install each program separately one at a time.  There is no option to select and install applications as a group as you can do in the collections of the Creative Suite.
