BlueScreen DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (NETIO. (SYS)

Two days ago I updated to Windows 8 to 8.1 and keeps restarting my PC (11 times so far) with error DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (NETIO. (SYS).

Please help... minidump files: https://skydrive.live.com/redir?resid=DABD210901935CC9%21927

Hello

All attached files of the DMP are the bug check DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (d1) .

This indicates that a kernel-mode driver attempted to access pageable memory with a high IRQL.

A driver tried to access a pageable (or that is completely invalid) address while the IRQL was too high. This bug check is usually caused by drivers who used a wrong address.

By default, they are all flaws NETIO.sys which is network IO subsystem. When you see the associated network hangs like this, it is usually caused by one of two things:

1 network drivers themselves must be updated.

2. 3rd party antivirus or firewall software is at the origin of the NETBIOS conflicts.

We will go ahead and remove and reinstall McAfee with built-in Windows Defender from Windows 8:

  • Can Windows 8 driver_irql_not_less_or_equal (Netio.sys), anyone help me?

    Hello

I read a lot of posts on the same problem and I actually tried some of the 'solutions', but my laptop always breaks down. It crashes on average twice a week.

In case you're going to ask the minidump file, I have the file zipped and uploaded here:

    http://www.mediafire.com/download/c4zf8o7mhcc085d/022114-32359-01.zip

I'm not very good with computers, so I don't really know if it is the right file. I just went to C: / / Windows/minidump

On the antivirus, I used two of them both before and I uninstalled the other, but the problem persists. I also learned that the problem was caused by the 3rd party antivirus and many suggested to uninstall all 3rd party antivirus and just use windows defender. I'm not really sure if the use of your computer with windows defender only is sure however.

I hope someone can enlighten me on this subject. I would be very happy. I was facing this problem since end of 2013. I uninstalled actually may programs already.

  • DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL netio.sys

    Hi-

I have a HP PC running Windows Vista Home Premium 32-bit (originally it came with Home Premium 64 bit, long story short, I had a lot of problems with BSOD after upgrade to Windows 7, finally you enough to try to fix it myself and Best Buy do a reset factory but they accidentally installed 32-bit instead of 64 - it was months ago and the computer has worked fine since then while as much as) "I know that the entire episode is not related).

The computer worked fine for months, and only today with no hardware changes or software, I've had several consecutive BSODS. The first was:

    IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
    Technical information: STOP: 0x0000000A (0x0000001B, 0xFFFFFFFFF, 0x82292C32, 0x00000001)

Then after restarting, the computer just completely - froze would not meet the entrance of the mouse or the keyboard, but doesn't have a BSOD.

    Second BSOD is:

    DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

    Technical information: "STOP 0x000000D1" (0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0 x 00000004, 0x8A53903C)

    NETIO. SYS - address 8A53903C base at 8A 538000, Datestamp 4bb9fe78

Again, have made any recent hardware changes or software to the computer (looked around different forums and I saw that sometimes it can be a driver issue).

Updated - I went into msconfig - startup and disabled "Software Manager" by Macrovision Corporation (I don't know what it is and where it comes, quick search seems about as it piggybacks on other downloads) and update of Google by Google Inc., which have been verified. I do this regularly anyway to avoid unnecessary * to run at startup so thought I would check to see if something weird was running in the background that I didn't know. Computer worked for nearly an hour with no crashes, compared to only a few minutes before. Maybe that solved the problem, or maybe I'm just lucky...

  • Error-DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (NETIO. (SYS) for windows 8

Recently, my laptop started to close automatically and the error it shows is 'DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (NETIO. (SYS)'.  What could be the possible reasons for this problem and how to fix it?

These are associated in netio.sys.  The first thing you need to do is update to win 8.1.  In itself, which can solve the problem

  • Blue error screen of Windows 7 Ultimate BSOD netio.sys

I installed Windows 7 ultimate long ago and a few days ago, he started to show me the blue screen with the error in netio.sys every hour or two exactly! It says DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

    I can't understand the problem!

    Here's the minidump file:

    http://CID-e1cd0c8a8f0713a2.SkyDrive.live.com/self.aspx/minidump/030310-19983-01.dmp

    Thanks in advance

In addition, since the minidump file, it has a reference to the nvm62x32.sys. The nvm62x32.sys is access to and possibly damage the memory before the pacer.sys, ndis.sys in the tcpip.sys, netio.sys.

"' The nvm62x32.sys is the NVIDIA NIC driver and has a timestamp of" Fri 17 Oct 17:00:39 2008 "so it should be updated if possible.

Y at - it an optional update for "NVIDIA nForce networking controller" on Windows Update?

If so, try installing this driver.

Also, you seem to use LogMeIn.

I would also say to ensure that you have the latest version of this software.

BTW, were there any software or changes to the hardware in the system, which would have coincided with the appearance of the problem?

    Hello

    Welcome to the Microsoft community.

This scenario usually indicates a problem with the hardware. Alternatively, the driver can cause this problem.

Event 41 in the following scenarios can occur.

Scenario 1: Restart the computer and there is a stop BugcheckCode error in event data

Click here to show/hide the scenario

Scenario 2: The computer is off by holding down the power button

Click here to show/hide the scenario

Scenario 3: The system restarts randomly, and no error message Stop BugcheckCode is listed, or the computer is completely not responding like it (crashes)

Click here to show/hide the scenario

What is the brand and model of the computer?

Try these steps and check whether that helps you resolve the blue screen error:

    Method 1:

Run them as Diagnostics of the memory of test to check memory problems. See the link for the same mentioned below.

Diagnosing memory problems on your computer

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/diagnosing-memory-problems-on-your-computer

    Method 2:

Please follow the steps from the link below:

    Check a drive for errors

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/check-a-drive-for-errors

    Important:

Running chkdsk on the drive if bad sectors are found on the disk hard when chkdsk attempts to repair this area if all available on which data can be lost.

    Method 3:

Log on to the computer manufacturer website and update the latest drivers for chipset, BIOS (Basic Input\Output System). Also, look for other updates to the device driver.

Updated a hardware driver that is not working properly

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/update-a-driver-for-hardware-that-isn ' t-work correctly

Note: Update of the BIOS can be a complicated process, and if an error occurs, your computer could be rendered unusable. Be sure to observe the instructions of the manufacturer.

    See also:
Resolve stop (blue screen) error in Windows 7
    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/resolving-stop-blue-screen-errors-in-Windows-7

Important note: when running chkdsk on the drive hard if bad sectors are found on the disk hard when chkdsk attempts to repair this area if all available on which data may be lost.

Note: the data files that are infected must be cleaned only by removing the file completely, which means there is a risk of data loss.

In addition, you can also download the minidump files so here experts can analyze the cause of the error on a blue screen.

Hi, I recently had random stops, and I got this error message.

    Service system (Netio.sys) exception

    Any help would be appreciated.

NetIO.sys file belongs to the the network driver, which is part of the Windows System.

In some cases of different network applications, antivirus and firewall software may cause this show NetIO.sys BSOD.
You have probably a program installed that may cause problems with your network connection.

For example: program NVIDIA Network Access Manager. This software is available during the installation of NVIDIA network adapter drivers.
But as far as I know this laptop doesn't support nVidia GPU... so it should not be installed on your system...

However... Check if the NVIDIA Network Access Manager software or other network software is installed... and if possible to uninstall this kind of software using the option "uninstall a program".
