  If the police will not be on the end user's computer, it won't make a difference.

  You should try to include a web font, but you cannot use those during the creation of course, so when you publish or correct fonts you have alignment issues.

  Make sure that the address bar is not set to 'Nothing': Tools > Options > privacy > address bar: when you use the location bar, suggest: history, bookmarks and bookmarks - see Smart Location Bar

  I'm trying to insert an excerpt (I tried adding new and using existing ones) in a subject.

  The code snippet displays in the Editor pane and also in the output pdf control and in the subject preview pane.

  However when I opened the HTML directly from windows Explorer, the code snippet does not appear. One of my outings use these html files and I'm eager to make the most of the functionality of the code snippet.

  Any tips?

  When you insert a snippet, which you're really insert is a code in the HTML code that looks like this:

  

  This code will have to be dealt with during the build process to insert the actual information extracted.

  RoboHelp is not similar to other editors HTML in that you simply edit can be used immediately. Working with RoboHelp projects is similar to the use of ingredients to prepare a dish. You will need to cook the dough biscuits to have cookies!

• Gaussian blur effect causing of the black frames when rendering.

  I'm only using an effect in my video, it is the Gaussian blur, and in the Viewer, it shows the effect, but it shows black frames randomly within the Builder Preview, I thought it was just a random previewer problem.

  I then made the video but when the blur effect is applied is to show black executives at random in the video.

  Talked to customer support and found out it was an effect of Gaussian blur twice on the same chassis as the cause for trouble some sigh *.

  But thanks for the info on the media cache, I did know about this.

  Hi all kind people.

  I have a client who wishes to an HTML email designed for her. I did a test,

  and the CSS and HTML works fine, but when I try and export it to
  Safari (safari > file > send the contents of this page) it does not appear at the other end.

  Is there a way to insert the image in the HTML code? or y at - it another way to do this?

  Maybe, but not the incorporation in the email.  All peoples kind here do is to explicitly link the images directly from the server.  for example, if I want to connect an Adobe image on my Web page or email, then I would use an explicti path such as:

  https://wwwimages2.Adobe.com/content/dam/Adobe/images/shared/product-totems/80x80/Totem-AX I-pro - 80 x 80 .png .adimg .mw. 80.png>

  In this way, I can move the page or even e-mail, but the image will still be there.  However, you must download the image on the server before creating the link otherwise it would be a futile exercise.  In addition, some people have disabled images in messages, but this isn't your problem.

  Now this is how I do but a few muppets will tell you to do something funny.  What works with you.

• alert box overlay appears in the HTML .article .js

  Hi, I created a HTML interaction that has radio buttons and a "submit" button. the user chooses a number of options and when they reach the bottom, press the button send and a .js alert box opens and displays text. The problem is that the alert box works well when tested on my browsers, even if she is not plurarite in the overlay then exported and read in DPS 2015 applications. Are ".js alert boxes' not supported in overlays?

• What I see in the CSS is not what appears in the HTML code - why?

  I work with 5 TCS and HR 11 FM12, all patched up. I find that any FM works better than linked (a little less crashes and access to the CSS seems better).

  However, in many cases, the CSS HR does not show which displays the HTML code. Why?

  For example, my style of GlossaryDefinition (FM_GlossaryDefinition) is indented FM (part of a running head construction) and I don't want in the HTML output. But such CSS only displayed in HR shows no dash while the HTML displays a dash. How can this be? What is going on?

  @seanb_us - I filed a bug report now on this behavior; You should probably do too. Your experimental project will be probably ideal for them to use if they need to see what is happening.

• MYSTERIOUS PNG FILE APPEARS IN THE ASSET OF MY MUSE PROJECT, BUT DOES NOT APPEAR AS AN ASSET

  I looked constantly active panel for this PNG file which appears from nowhere when I export my project to a folder or my hosting company - I used www.pingdom.com to analyze my site speed and there is a png file of 1 MB TAPI somewhere in my property - MUSE exported this file and yet my panel shows no file - I could spend days stripping down from my site and put it in back together to identify this better - but before that I'm just wondering if anyone has any advice for me.

  OK FOUND THE ANSWER - his mistake in part of muse and mine

  first bottom wall 2 images are a little larger that the width of the site which is 1400 - so what I did was compressed images of very small size using commercial compression www.compressor.io online. The file size was small, now - but for some reason any what MUSE exports the site - it INCREASES the size of the files of these two assets without warning - and also the name of png output active is different assets said in the Panel of muse - this is confusing - so what I did to get the exact image size - compress again and this time YES muse done once more files of more but not a lot and I got what I wanted - what I don't understand is WHY MUSE would do something like that - it goes against the objectives of optimization.

  I added some of my professional contact information in the meta tag in the header area, using Page Properties > Meta Data > HTML for the head. Try to cover all the bases, I created hcard and versions OG, but now the hcard Info appears in all custom html code snippets.

  It does not seem to affect what anyone in the final edition of the site, but it is of course embarrassing to see everywhere. It is also mess with the design. What I'm doing wrong, or am I missing something?

• Facebook like button will appear after the HTML export

  Hi all.

  I stumbled upon a mix of HTML block (or iframe) road. I created a Web site, everything is fine with my other HTML include codes of Youtube and Vimeo, but I have a window where my Facebook stream shows on the side.

  I got the code from Facebook site. Embeded inside where I wanted, it shows well on the Design tab, shows very well when I do the fuction overview, but when I "export HTML code" and check on a browser, the Facebook stream does not appear at all.

  Help would be appreciated!

  The facebook button code works only via the http protocol. If you export locally and view your site in a browser, the browser is viewing pages via the "file" Protocol, and the facebook code does not work. If you publish on a temporary site of BC, or FTP the files exported to your Web server and view them over http, the facebook code should work.

  I have create a 200 x 200 pixels in Flash animation and when I imported into Captivate, it has increased the size of the animation to 550 x 400. No idea why?, and how to fix it?

  Captivate does not resize your animations. Open the animation dialog box (double-click in the timeline) and go to the tab "Size and Position" (or something like that). Change the size of 200 x 200 desired, then close the dialog box. Who should do it for you.

• Blur effect to "censor" does not reach all ends of the video

  I have been using the effect overlay cache rail in combination with the titration module to create an effect of "fuzzy" to blur faces and words insult on the videos, I've been producing. It creates the same type of effect that you see on episodes of cops where peoples faces are blurred and allows you to control the movement of the blur to stay on the censored Word face, other of the person object when it moves into a video.

  There is one problem that I seem to meet for this purpose. If the object that requires censorship extends to one of the 4 sides of the video (for example in a pan of the camera of the object), the blur effect fades near the edges, allowing the censored object to see briefly as he passed by the edges very of the video.

  I had this problem too... where the blur fails on the edges of the box... was very boring...

  It seems to happen when the mask is created in the window title... but not if you create the mask in photoshop...

  Try this maybe...

  Get your first mask in window title for your first frame of the video that will use the mask...

  This will give you the size and location of the mask for your first image...

  Put this mask on your timeline... and the CTI put on and 'export - image'... Instead you love (office, whatever)

  Open it in photoshop...

  Now... because this mask will move (position) you can use the 'canvas' size setting to enlarge your mask... If you do not miss black... the mask will be white pure to be transparent and the rest will be pure black to opaque... do you what you want with Blur Gaussian etc... you know... set the thing to make it work as you want...

  Save the file as PSD when you finished and import the PSD NLE file and clear the mask in the window title... and use the file psd rather...

  This should solve the problem...

  I don't know why the title thing done that but they suspect it has something to do with 'security' (safe tv, for the titles.. .you know?)...
