  Option 1: Windows startup parameters in the Windows recovery environment .

  • Windows recovery environment, enter in safe mode. After you have successfully loaded in safe mode, perform the clean boot.

  Option 2: restore your PC to an earlier point in time .

  1. Enter in the right edge of the screen and then click on Search.
  2. Enter the Control Panel in the search box, and then tap or click Control Panel.
  3. Enter the collection in the control panel search box, and then tap or click recovery.

  Remove the power supply and remove the battery

  This error is triggered when you start at the beginning of the treatment for sqlplus and is, by nature, rather generic. Given that it is triggered during initialization, it is quite possible that not all libraries that may be required for additional details (such as localized error messages) are loaded.

  The only thing you mention has changed is installation of Kaspersky, which suggests that it blocks a library required to be loaded. This error can also be triggered in case of memory (which would also prevent the loading required libraries, etc.).

  Here is a simple test you can do by way of illustration (obviously not on a production system, etc.):

  $ cd \Oracle\11.2\database\BIN
  
  $ dir /s /b oraclient11.dll
  C:\Oracle\11.2\database\BIN\oraclient11.dll
  
  $ rem temporarily rename the Oracle RDBMS Client Library for testing
  $ ren oraclient11.dll oraclient11.dll.save
  
  $ rem this will raise error 57 since a required library could not be loaded during initialization
  $ sqlplus.exe /nolog
  Error 57 initializing SQL*Plus
  Error loading message shared library
  
  $ rem be sure to change back!
  $ ren oraclient11.dll.save oraclient11.dll

  That looks like the code used MathScript. In current versions of LabVIEW MathScript is an add-on. That you buy. So, you can:

  • Rewrite the code to not use MathScript
  
  
  • Buy MathScript
  
  
  • Use an alternative solution. Scilab can work for you.

  PS When you try to close the LabVIEW VI will be asked if you want to save the file. If you click on the link that says "Describe changes" (or something like that), it will tell you the version of LabVIEW allows to write the VI initially.

  I am trying to boot up my laptop and the Windows Boot Manager appears saying that Windows could not start.

  Info: The windows boot configuration data file is missing required information.

  I have a laptop Dell Inspiron notebook, which came with Windows 7 pre-installed so I didn't have an installation disc, nor do I have a CD player.  How can I solve this problem and is it simple?  I tried to turn on my new laptop and pressing F8 but nothing happens and the windows Boot Manager appears again.  Can someone help me please, or I'll have to return someone to solve this problem for me?

  For users in previous posts with problems and have only a version downloaded to Win 8 - well I'd say that you yourself create a DVD of the version uploaded to win 8 - the installation program ask you if you want to create media - that will create a 4.x GB. ISO file that you can burn to DVD. There is enough information on how to do this just search online.

• Error (missing) commissioning

  Just blended and it lost connection to my data store for 3 of my 9 machines for this pool have the Provisioning error (missing) problem...

  

  After these 3 machines, it installs, and 6 other machines are perfect...

  I checked the datastore browser and 2 files for the VMs problemed disappeared and that just one folder has a file hard in it and nothing else...

  would do a right-click on 3 machines and remove them then go to the office pool and allow commissioning? When I go to the catalog of office pool it doesn't throw any errors right now... I feel that there is something I have to do the composer?
