  You can visit www.adobe.com/go/edu-validate and select the option contact us. From there, you will be asked to provide your information such as your product code and the email address originally used for serial number request. After completing the form your request will be sent to your email address.

  Connect to Adobe Stock and you will see at the top right must look like this...

  

  Click on the "Images" button This will take you to the history of the license.

  

  Click on the thumbnail of the image to go to the image details page. You will see a download link. You must use the download link or add it to your an application project management libraries like Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc, to use the image without watermark.

  If you have Lightroom 3 is still installed, you can get it from there.

  If you do not and you have your box/drive, it should be there.

  IF you do not have one of the people, and you have registered your software, you can log in to your Adobe account and get it there.

  Hi larrygoynes,

  To transfer the license from one pc to another how to proceed is to 'Disable' the license first of the older machine.

  To accomplish this, you need to launch Acrobat, go to the 'Help' menu and select 'disable '.

  On the new machine, you can install Acrobat and then use the serial number to 'Turn on' the software and it will complete the transfer of license.
