We have no way of knowing exactly what troubleshooting have you tried unless you tell us.
If you have not yet tried, reboot your iPad.
- Press and hold the sleep/wake button until the Red slider appears.
- Drag the slider to turn off your device completely off.
- Once the device turns off, press and hold the sleep/wake button again until you see the Apple logo.

If you're talking about the outer box that is not where you will find a serial number... it will be hidden from view inside a place so that not just anyone can use the number. Depending on where you bought you might be dealing with a redemption code instead of a serial number, which is used to get the serial number. Check out the two links below, just in case...

Connect and disconnect activate Cloud Creative applications
Adobe Creative Cloud apps back in test mode after 2015 set CC to update
* NOTE: Make sure that your firewall of your computer or security software firewall does not block Adobe, if you are not sure of it can just disable the firewall for a while and then log off and log on creative application of cloud and check.
If it still gives you an error of the trial, then please refer to the troubleshooting listed below:
If you are using MAC:
1-force Quit the sub process in the same sequence as shown below from Activity Monitor: see, use the monitor activity on your Mac - Apple Support
- Creative cloud
- Basic timing & sync to basic support
- CC library & process CCX
- Adobe Common Desktop
- Adobe update daemon
- Broker CIB Adobe
- After that, everything that said adobe on it do a force quit for her
2 - right click on the Finder icon, then select the "Go - To" folder. You will get a text box, type in the following command and then press the 'return '. ("Not to be missed ~ symbol")

These changes are temporary you can restore these changes back to normal once your creative cloud app is running *.
4 - raise the cloud creative app and connect

In my creative cloud Manager, it seems that I have downloaded the trial versions of CC of Photoshop and Lightroom CC and also purchased versions. I don't know what I have to do. Maybe... but lets try other things first... Try these things...
In some cases, it was discovered that updates/install (from got AppWorld apps) require additional steps in order to install the update. If the update will not install, please try this:
- Homescreen > Options > Advanced Options > Applications > highlight the app > BBKey > delete
- AppWorld > MyWorld > Login > highlight the app (if she shows at all, in any State) > BBKey > delete
- Use your PC (via the mass storage Mode) or your BB (via Media > BBKey > Explore) and find all references (folders, files) to the app delete everything you find. Search the memory of your device and your press card as well.

Also, please try a hard reset: turn on, remove the back cover and remove the battery. Wait a minute, then replace the battery and cover. Power on and wait patiently through the long reboot - about 5 minutes. See if things return to functioning. Like all computing devices, BB suffers from memory leaks and others... with a hard reboot is the best remedy.

LR mobile only works and comes with the basic version of subscription of LR for computers. Of course, you can download LR mobile on your iPhone and use for a 30 day trial, but once the 30 days it will stop working.

If you purchased the version of LR 6 upgrade then when you install and run for the first time it asks you to Sign In. You must sign in with the same Adobe ID you used to buy it.
