• Netflix does not load on my Bravia XBR-55X810C

  For the last two days, when I select Netflix, I get a message saying the TV is not connected to the internet, but after having reconnected, the Netflix app made that make the screen go empty, other Apps I tried (to test if it's really a problem of connectivity) everything works perfectly, and it is only when I select NEtflix that I find myself with an indefinite empty screen.

  I also checked the updates several times over the past two days and it keps saying that the TV is up-to-date.

  Try to do a reset a couple of times, I had the same problem when I bought mine and has done several resets and then it started working

• Sony Bravia 4 K Ultra HD model XBR-43X830C & remote control RCC-TX100U - don't pair / work! Help!

  I bought (via Internet) remote control Sony RMF-TX100U touch pad to pair upward with my Ultra model HD Bravia Sony 4K 43 '' TV XBR-43X830C, since the remote control of the touchpad does not come with this TV in particular. I followed all THE procedures of paved remote reset touch that is to remove the batteries, batteries, hold down the respective buttons and receive the flashing red light (twice) on the remote control, I did. Also, I did reset the TV rather than unplugging it. On television, I went to settings, remote and followed the onscreen but which are basically press and hold the Volume - button and then press the "microphone" button while continuing to hold down the key, - Volume for three seconds, remote pointed at the IR receiver TV. I did it over and over again and nothing happens! I find NO Google search solutions to this problem. Can anyone advise of alternatives to get this remote touchpad to play nice with my Sony TV? I'm assuming that this remote is COMPATIBLE with this particular set? Some say yes, some say no. Please advise. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

  Should work.

  Try to make a power-pull reboot... turn TV off, draw power for a minute, plug in and restart.

  Put different batteries in the remote control.

  Try again.

  If it doesn't work, distance could be faulty.

  I have a BDV-N7100W surroung system plugged into HDMI 1 on the TV.

  BRAVIA Sync in the TV menu is grayed out.

  I have a PS3 connected to HDMI 1 on the BDV.

  If I turn on the PS3, the BDV turns on and goes to the entrance of justifiable, but the TV stays off.

  If I turn on the BDV, the TV stays off.

  If I plug the PS3 directly to the TV and turn on the PS3, the TV stays off.

  I tried all 4 ports HDMI with the BDV and the PS3.

  The choice of synchronization Bravis remains grayed out in all combinations.

  I just wanted to add that I could fix this by resetting just television. I spoke to someone from Sony Tech on the phone and they had me just to do and it worked. I hope that helps

  So, I am very frustrated. Once again updates system that you are asked to create problems. I had (wireless) internet at my home network then when I've updated my system as recommended by now the Sony tv does not connect to my internet at home. Makes me feel I should never update and just keep buying new television sets. Which will help sony and their customer support!

  I just bought a new sony bravia kdl 47w804a

  It's a great TV, but I just discovered that he can not play Arabic subtitles.

  English subtitles works very well.

  My Sony Bravia KDL-32R300C worked very well and all of a sudden when I used the headset and pull them out there is no hollow sound speakers. When I increase the volume, I see the icon of headset eventough no headphones are attached. I have check the setting of the sound and is set on the speakers. I have reset the audio system, nothing done. Is there anything else I can try it or the entrance helmet damaged? Thank you for any input on this issue.

  I called Sony Support and they gave me a solution to this problem. You must use the original supplied with the TV remote control.

  1. press the HOME button

  2. Select PREFERENCES

  3. Select SETTINGS

  4. Select SET UP

  5. Select SET UP AV

  6. Select speakers

  7. Select SYSTEM AUDIO (will turn you back to speakers of the TV to step 11)

  8. Select HEADPHONES speaker CONNECTION

  9. Select DISABLED

  10. Select again PREGNANT

  11. Select TV speakers

  Your sound should be back. The downside: when you connect your headphones you will have sound in the speakers and headphones! For sound only on the helmet, you will need to turn headset speaker Link ON.

  It worked for me. I hope it helps someone else.

  What is the model number of Sony headphones? Most Sony headphones can be plugged into the Audio OUTPUT of a TV port. However, your TV Sony is not any Audio port OUT but has an optical Digital Audio OUT port. Only a few select Sony headphones have the possibility to connect to optical Digital OUT port of the TV.

  If your headphones do not have the possibility to connect to the Audio Digital OUT from the TV, then, Alternatively, you can connect the Sony headphones to the Audio OUTPUT of the source device port. For example, if you look at the cable program and the decoder has the Audio OUTPUT port, you can connect the headset to the cable box to listen to the sound.
