  If you do serious work on your computer, download Windows 7.  But even win 8 is achievable.

  I bought my iPad 3 to the United States by giving a U.S. address. I had assumed (perhaps wrongly) that give my German address would be denying me access to the English user interface.

  I live in Germany and I have a iPhone5s that I bought here in Germany where I live.

  I want to "App PAYBACK" (which helps me to accumulate points when I shop here in Germany) to use on my iPhone5s , but when I search in the App store, I see only a Mexican version. When I tried to download this app on here https://www.payback.de/app

  I get the message "not available in the US store.

  When I communicate with the help of Apple, told me that, if I switch to my German address the Apps that I downloaded from the US store may not get an update whenever they are released.

  I recently updated my iPhone iOS 10 and then again 10.0.2 6Plus - but I encounter the same problem.

  The ringtones that I attributed to specific contacts do not play, the phone only plays the default ringtone. All ringtones work when I press them, and if I put these default ringtones they also work.

  I did have this problem before the update to ios 10.

  I just bought a new 7plus of iPhone and have the same problem. I tried to install it as a new phone and also restore the backup and reset all settings, but have the same problem.

  IPhone 5 should run ios 10.2 if not go to settings - about us - software update

  Do update on your WiFi.

  Then go to settings - iCloud backup now.

  The new iPhone set up on your WiFi when you are asked if you want to use iCloud backup say Yes.

  Use the same identifier apple then you will get all the apps / photos on the new iPhone.

• Chinese characters in the lock screen

  I recently updated to iOS 10 and shortly after started to see Chinese characters on my lock screen, under the date and time. I checked the language and region settings and see only English and selected Philippines which is correct. Don't know what that other settings I need to change? I also tried to change my lock screen and the same characters are still there.

  I used an IPad with software 10.0.2 with 27,92 GB of memory capacity and 3.85 GB of available memory + i purchaseevery month £0.99 for additional memory cloud. The problem I have is that whenever I open a screen request 1 who reached Safari blocks and nothing moves. I tried the iPad of closing, but when he opens again it is still blocked.
