  After uploading do you have installed?

  If you are on Windows, run the .exe file to install and if on a MAC, run the .dmg file to install the program.

  If you have already installed, then on Windows click on the "Start" button > select "All programs", then select the application you want to launch from the CS6 Suite.

  If on a MAC, the program is listed under "Applications".

  AE CS6 (11.0.4.2) and El Capitan (10.11). I can't get an answer by clicking on the track (left of the railroad) controls. Even with the controls in the render window. iMac (27 inch, at the end of 2013). Started with the upgrade of the El Capitan. Any ideas?

  Acrobat 8 used to come with the CS3 version.

  In the trial screen, you will have a button that says: this software under license. Click on the button and follow the on-screen instructions. I think that you will be asked to sign in with your adobe ID and password. Once you are connected, the software will be associated with your subscription.
