Have you downloaded the location of the list software? If this isn't the case, you may need to download it again. Products download CS6

    After uploading do you have installed?

    If you are on Windows, run the .exe file to install and if on a MAC, run the .dmg file to install the program.

    If you have already installed, then on Windows click on the "Start" button > select "All programs", then select the application you want to launch from the CS6 Suite.

    If on a MAC, the program is listed under "Applications".

    In response to your question, you should be aware that PHP in CS6 Dreamweaver server behaviors use original MySQL functions that are should be removed from a future release of PHP. Server behaviors have been deleted from the CC of Dreamweaver. If you plan to create a website using PHP and MySQL, do not rely on Dreamweaver server behaviors. You must instead use MySQLi (improved MySQL) or PDO (PHP Data Objects) .

    If you are looking for video tutorials, you might be interested in the class I created for lynda.com. As a beginner, a good starting point would be Introducing PHP or PHP for Web designers (there are several videos of the sample that you can watch for free on my site). Both courses have been recorded on Dreamweaver (PHP for Dreamweaver CS6 Web designers), presenting the PHP on Dreamweaver CS5.5. PHP for Web designers shows how to connect to MySQL with MySQLi. You need a subscription to lynda.com to watch full courses, but you can get a free seven day trial by following the links on my site.

    If you don't want to commit to a subscription service, I also wrote a book called PHP Solutions, which covers MySQLi and PDO in depth. It also shows how to build a login system. At the moment, the second edition is available, but a third revised edition is due to the on sale in December.

    There are also a lot of free resources on the web you can find. The important thing to beware of is that a lot of old documents is based on the original functions of MySQL. Regardless of the resource you use, make sure it shows how to use MySQLi or PDO.

    Acrobat 8 used to come with the CS3 version.

    p.s. you need not install cs5 in order to install a cs6 upgrade.  But if you want to install cs5 and you must disable from a computer which you do not control or you have already uninstalled cs5, you can contact adobe support and request a reset of the count of activation.

    It seems that Adobe has reached the end of the line even by which they entered "desktop publishing." The 'right answer', it seems that you can not update of the CS6 use manual update. CS6 and, on the other hand, the idea of owning your own software and your files is no longer supported.

    Who doesn't remember the free versions of InDesign, we all received, even if Adobe has criticized the "bad old Quark" for overcharging their customers. No doubt that Quark was bad (and stupid - in retrospect). However, cloud 'Creative' new to Adobe is even worse than the Quarks value - rent you the software and don't have access to your own work while you pay the rent. We really speak to each other these questions on a Forum depopulated by Adobe? A few moments ago somebody assigned the label of "Right answer" to the first inadequate answer to my question. So now we compete with each other to see who can give the most 'popular' answer in the absence of adequate customer support?

    I teach using 6 CS in my class, if my students download Dreamweaver CC can work in both versions, or that will cause a problem.

    Perpetual license of DWCS6 version is now 5.5 versions removed the 'current' and in each new release, there has been significant changes to menu and features. If you try to 'teach Dreamweaver' they will have a pretty hard time after the example of DWCS6 the latest version of CBWMS 20141 x (I did later and cannot remember the exact version number)

    That being said, Creative Cloud subscriptions allow users to install all the way back to DWCS6 cloud. Currently, you can have DWCS6 DW CC and the ACPE 20141 clouds x all installed at the same time. So, if your students were to become cloud subscribers, or if the school is install software to use, the old version can be added to the title of the standard subscription using the creative Cloud Desktop application.

    There are a lot of options built into Windows to help you out of this situation:
    • Restart the computer with your Windows repair CD, then use system restore to set Windows in a few days (only works if you have recently changed the password).
    • Log on to your account admin to spare, and then reset the password for your existing account (works only if you set up an alternative admin account).
    • Log in as administrator mode without failure, then reset the password for your existing account (the password is usually empty).
    • Insert your flash drive USB with the password key file (only works if you have taken the time to create such a key file).
    • Use the password indicator (works only if you have created a hint and if it's good enough to allow you to guess the password)
    • Check your paper files (works only if you threw down the password somewhere)
