• Adobe Creative Enterprise Cloud deployment with SCCM R2 2012 problems

  Hello

  I tried to deploy Adobe Creative Enterprise Cloud to 8.1 of Windows machines that are identical, using SCCM 2012 R2.

  The Adobe package seems well, because it seems to deploy successfully on some machines. SCCM R2 2012 has been configured correctly, that I can deploy other software use, and even once, he deploys Adobe CC successfully on some of the machines.

  I tried to compare the package is downloaded to the computer client/test machine, with the original on the distribution using Beyond Compare, and there is no difference.

  I contacted Adobe Enterprise Support and they asked me to send in the Event Viewer logs, the installer msi and other newspapers from Adobe, the machine failed deployment.   The fact that it deploys successfully on the same machine and it fails on another, or sometimes deploy on two machines and fail on another (simultaneously), is something I don't understand.

  Another thing is that, if I try the deployment of 10 to 15 times after she failed the first time, it could pass by...

  Adobe Enterprise Support asked me if they could remote into a machine that doesn't have the deployment to take a look at it and I have agreed to this option, but it seems that my problem was ignored because they never to return for me.

• We have adobe creative Brightcove cc enterprise set up in our environment. How to only deploy Adobe Acrobat DC on computer?

  We want to install just Adobe Acrobat DC on some computers of users, not any other program of creative cloud. What are the appropriate measures to do this on the Windows platform?

  I am aware that when install us Adobe DC with other programs such as Photoshop, we install it in the folder of exceptions through the command line, before installing the main MSI of creative cloud.

  Just to add, that with the new version of the Creative Cloud Packager a day back, Acrobat DC is part of the CCP packet (No Exceptions) and now she is single step workflow, Acrobat DC can be installed via the package Setup.exe of the CCP. Deploy Adobe Acrobat XI or DC has the updated information.

• Creative Enterprise Cloud: Is it possible to choose where the temporary package files are downloaded?

  I'm a business administrator and must use a Windows computer to download and create different packages of creative cloud. Package first temp files download on the C:\ (system disk) and then the real package in the location specified. usually on a different drive/partition. I do the C:\ partition (by Re-partitioning) much larger than normal size in order to make the temp files to fit if I don't have the drive C:\ fills and creating a fair package will stop/does not work, no message. An option is possible to direct the where you want the package files temp will be held as the choice of a different drive / partition to store?

  You need to specify your needs. The Adobe Creative cloud for the team and the company provide a dashboard to centralize to manage licenses. • Messed up deserialization

  GGoing the creative team of Brightcove creative enterprise cloud.  Not fully understand packaging and, apparently, this should be done on the host machine, I used a package from another system (Mac computer).  Went ahead to install applications.  Not good.  Make a new package on the host machine and got the programs to deserialize and serialize the new license number.  A ran both programs.  Now some apps can open, why others say try or buy.  They are all should open.  How can I fix it, so that all applications can open.

• Can I transfer my Creative Suite: Master Collection of Creative Cloud Enterprise licenses HELP!

  I am a federal employee and in 2013, my organization purchased Creative Suite: Master Collection (CS6), now the US Army requires that all software that will potentially be installed on a US Army Government computer must have a certificate of airworthiness net (CON). In 2014, has expired the CON for our software (CS6). Is it possible to transfer licenses to CS6 master collection to Creative Enterprise Cloud? or do I have to buy Creative Cloud?

  You will need to contact Support Adobe directly for definitive information about what you can do with your licenses.  My best guess would be that you need to acquire creative cloud - CS6 software subscription may be acquired through it, but I don't know what this has wrt the CON.

• How to deploy Adobe DC and prevent the "sign in Adobe ID" at startup

  I used the Customization Wizard to make my transformation file, but after the installion of Adobe DC it prompts the user to connect to his Adobe ID

  So I think I'm supposed to use the deployment of Adobe CC tool to make my deploymen, but how do I use the MST file with it?

  When you use the Customization Wizard, if you have Acrobat DC Volume series, you will need to enter the serial number in the wizard, and then press the button - grant offline Exception & off the record

  

  Note: This will work only if you have Acrobat DC Volume series and not of CEC (Creative Brightcove Enterprise) series.

  After you create the MST through the wizard, install (or deploy) the package using Setup.exe. This will ensure the transformation of the MST is applied through the installation and the user launch won't Sign In dialog.

  If you are a customer of Creative Enterprise Cloud (EAC), you need to use CCP (Creative cloud Packer) to deploy with deleted record activated in CCP. The generic steps for this are:

  (1) create the package via CCP with record delete

  (2) use DC Wizard to apply the customization in the installer of DC

  (3) install (or deploy) Acrobat using Setup.exe. This will ensure that your transformation will be applied. (Not deploying exception Deployer tool)

  (4) performance Msi CCP for deletion of registration

  (5) if necessary for the deployment of other applications of exception, run the Application deployer of Exception.

  I would like to know what the difference between the licenses 'A VIDEO SN184' and 'A VIDEO' for Creative Enterprise Cloud?

  The video video/no part I am aware after reading ONE VIDEO AND ONE NON-VIDEO but I can't find anything on the SN184 party other than a SN184 or a video that does not explain the difference.

  can someone help me with the deployment of the Suite from Adobe CC2015?

  We have Windows Server (2012 series) and Windows 7 for customers deploying the software. We do not use SCCM or other deployment tool. My goal is to deploy the software (x 64 and x 86) via GPO to users. We don't want no use of cloud by our users and have blocked ports on our firewall. Is there a better practical way of software deployment without the creative cloud desktop application or is it mandatory for the application starts?

  If you are a client of Creative Enterprise Cloud, you will have access to a serial number CC license Web site. You can create a package by using creative cloud links Manager who fails the desktop application.

  If you deploy an installation of user name, the application is required, but the 'Apps' Panel can be disabled.
