  Windows probably gave you this message. Firefox and Mozilla brand name are names of reputable and do no damage to your computer, unless you downloaded from another place other than mozilla.org.

  Occasionally Flash has issues, but usually update it is the safest road, because they usually contain important security fixes and performance updates.
