Bug SmartShape (box with up arrow)
Hello
I am using Captivate 6.0.0.199 and am having problems with one of the SmartShapes (others work very well).
The yellow controls do not have the correct behavior (they are imaginary lines and prevent me from giving the arrow size required).
Here is a screenshot. As you can see, I managed to get yellow controls somewhere, they shouldn't be.
That's all. Do you know what I could do to use this form?
Thank you
Bertrand
Hi Rosy,
There is a bug in Captivate 6. Here is the solution to make it work:
(1) Download this xml in Acrobat.com link--> https://acrobat.com/#d=T0o7dfXsRuBnJD1dsTLfOA
(2) installation location go to form automatic folder in the gallery inside Captivate.
For my Win7 64 bit--> "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Captivate 6 x64\Gallery\AutoShape"
(3) take the backup of S2_12_UpArrowCallout.xml in the folder of the AutoShape.
(4) replace S2_12_UpArrowCallout.xml with the one downloaded from the Acrobat.com. (make sure that the name is the same)
(5) re-launch Captivate6.
(6) call arrow high insert smart shape and handles should work fine.
You can contact me at [email protected] for any querries
Thank you
Sexy.

Flash opens a grey box with an arrow inside.
Hello. Whenever I go anywhere that uses Flash player, I get a grey box with an arrowhead in it and the message "Click to run Adobe Flash Player."
I click on the arrow and everything works as it should
So no biggy, it works but it's just a bit annoying to have to click on the arrow for every YouTube video, etc. This has happened since flash 3 or 4 updates ago. Anyone has an idea why this would be?
Thanks for any help
Rosco.

Whenever I changed or open a new tab in Firefox 3.5 tab remember all the pages that were visited in this tab and show a drop-down list when I click on the small arrow next to the forward/back buttons.
When I switched tabs the dropdown would show the pages that I used to get to the page in the second tab.
Now all tabs have their history lumped together in 1 place and I have no idea how I got to many of the places I find.
Make a right click the back or next button, and then select the page you want.

I used to get a box with a small arrow icon to indicate the new email.
I used to get a small box icon with an arrow indicating the new email. I no longer get it. I get the window that indicates when a new message arrives, but it is time I got the shots on goal for. If I don't see this window, I have to open TBird to see if I have new messages.
I don't know what happened, but I'm now the tray icon. It's an envelope with and arrow.

You can enable the use:

Everyone out there find this and I hope to have an answer?

Dave has not been heard from in almost 3 years and since it's the XP community, and you have Windows 7, you can post your request in the community of Windows 7 which is here:
http://answers.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows/Forum/Windows_7?tab=threads
And the advice of this KB article for this is terrible advice:
After you have used the boot is a way to solve your problem, you can follow these steps to configure Windows XP to start normally.
- Click Startand then click run.
- Type msconfig and click OK.
The System Configuration utility dialog box appears. - Click the general tab, click Normal Startup - load all device drivers and services, and then click OK.
- When you are prompted, click restart to restart the computer.
If you do this, your system will be load and start own Service and component on your system, and it's very ulikely you want that to happen--unless you want your system to work not as yak squeeze.

Features of the icon: why some icons contain green boxes with check marks?
Original title: icon featuresWhy some icons contain green boxes with check marks? Ditto chiccory arrows & exclamation points? Thank you.
I assume you mean the file icons in Windows Explorer (my computer). The curved arrow indicates that the listed item is actually just a shortcut to a file or a program. The exclamation point and the green check mark will have something to do with the backup or archiving and depend on the settings you have made in Windows or backup software that you have installed.
Because it's really a matter of Windows rather than specifically related to the word, I'll pass your question on a Windows forum.

MacBook pro 2 logon screen starts with no arrow cursor and must be restarted
2014 Macbook Pro screen Retina 2 13 "opening session starts with no arrow cursor and must be restarted once every five tests. When the computer reboots, message appears asking you if it must open programs that had started to load or cancel. It is a recent problem that does not occur two months ago. Once restarted, everything seems to be OK. That is what it is?
Try the start mode by holding down the SHIFT key at startup. Secure boot is quite slow because the operating system performs some cleanup and verification tasks, so give it time. Once you're completely connected, restart normally.

For a long time my address bar is backwards, the triangle button (I guess it's called the location bar history or something) always showed my most visited Web sites in a big box with all my sites. Now it always does the same thing but the window its shorter and has now a scroll bar on it, is there a way to restore or change this option to how I got it?
Normally, you should see approximately 12 items in the drop-down list.
This is defined via the pref browser.urlbar.maxRichResults you can review and edit the topic: config page.
If you see a lot less you could have an extension or a theme problem.Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox, Tools/menu key > Modules > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem.
- Put yourself in the DEFAULT theme: Firefox, Tools/menu key > Modules > appearance
- Do NOT click on the reset button on the startup window Mode safe

If I highlight a word or accidentally highlight a Word, I get this ubiquitous little yellow box with a magnifying glass or the mention "Loading". I hate it. I have to move the cursor on a blank area, then click to get rid of it. He is quite bored. I'm tired of fighting the browser to do my job! What fool this? I can't find a way to turn it off.
In addition, to help further research, you could paste your list of extensions in response. For this list, the simplest method is to use the support information page, you can open using either:
- button "3-bar" menu > "?" button > troubleshooting information
- (menu bar) Help > troubleshooting information
- type or paste everything: in the address bar and press Enter
Scroll down a little the Extensions section, and then select the table below with your mouse and copy (for example, right-click > copy or Ctrl + c), then paste into an answer here. It's a bit messy, but we are used to it.

I get a dialog box with the following: "a copy of firefox is open and that only one copy of firefox can be open at the same time."
I don't see where firefox is open.
How back in firefox so that I can read the links that are in my emails?
Thank you.
Sometimes when the FF closes, no not all stops correctly.
On Windows, start the Task Manager (other systems may have
different names and / or commands). Select the process.
Look towards the bottom of the list for Firefox. Click right and then click end task.
If this problem keeps coming, ask for help more. -
I use an iMac with system 10.6.8 and a Safari browser. When I download the firefox program, I don't get the usual global firefox icon. I get a rectangular box with a slit at the end and the label "Firefox". If I transfer this icon in my Applications folder, this icon changes to an alias that can be transferred to the dock. How can I install Firefox?
Double-click this niche with the logo of Firefox in this regard. Then, a window is displayed. Drag the Firefox icon in the Application folder in this window. Firefox will install. Close the window, drag the thing with the slot of your trash, open applications and open Firefox
