Can't seem to be able to access the Bug Toolkit today? Over a medium

or tools and resources. I am logged in and tried IE and Mozilla.

    The reason there is no information for the bug id "CSCtf98962" is that this bug was filed as new feature enhancement and is not in the external customer environment.

    Currently, the bug is changed and it should be available in the Bug Toolkit within 24 hours.

    I had exactly the same problem - it will start and get nothing on the screen.

    However, in the Task Manager, the process was running - do nothing. So I selected and clicked on 'end process '. Then, I pressed shift and started to ExtendScript Toolkit CS5 and it finally started correctly.

  • Permissions insufficient to display Bug

    I ran into a problem for the first time, I've not met before. Since the notes version of Jabber, I tried to access a warnings (CSCuv50354), and returned the bug toolkit: "insufficient permissions to view Bug".     You can't solve it see much time before on live just missing bugs, it basically means bug is still being developed by the team OF there is no solution yet and it is not made public, so only personal internal Cisco can consult them. You can lift with TAC and he can go TO to see if there is anything they can release you, sometimes, you get lucky sometimes that you will be turned down depending on the bug itself

  • Is there a breakdown for Cisco bug ids?

    I'm curious to know what are the values of the id of the bug.  For example.  All bug IDS begin with the CSC followed by two letters and a series of numbers.  The two letters represent something beyond the unique values randomly?  I was hoping that by looking at the release notes for a new version of the code, I could easily identify what kind of bugs have been fixed.  More specifically, in my case, I want to identify easily if security vulnerabilities have been fixed in a version of particular code without having to maintain an exhaustive list of all security bugs.

    I'm not aware anyway to easily accomplish what you want.  Here are the options I can think of:

    Bug ToolKit (known affected Version)
    Note of support for the SW version (OPEN / closed caveats)
    Notice of security itself.

    Not much can be taken from the id of the bug itself.

  • Bug Notification emails

    Hi all

    I was wondering if someone could explain the use cases for "Bug Notification Emails".  I signed up for bug all telepresence product reviews and I get emails wrong.  However, virtually all the bugs I click details I get the following error:

    "Bug that csctr80189 belongs to a project of the excluded."

    For example, the bug above number should do with IE & the page Web of VCS.  However, even after opening a ticket with Cisco, I still can't all details on the bug except that it exists.  In addition, why would this be "excluded" of the population; Looks like a really basic bug to hide.

    Looking at previous discussions on this forum, it seems that bug details are on a 'need to know' basis  Which is fine, but why offer the system in the first place then?

    I'm working on assistance of telepresence for a Distributor and be able to discover quickly that a bug exists without having to call every time that Cisco would be useful.

    I also increased several tickets only to find out a few days later it is now a known bug.  If I had access to 90% of the bugs I could save several days of time for me, Cisco and our customers.

    Is there some kind of email address or a system where I can put a number of bugs and retrieve the details within a reasonable time?

    Here is an update of the latest news:

    1. Bugs will continue to exist in the two old Bug Toolkit & new Bug search tool. The back-end data sync would be on a daily basis for both systems.
    2. Identified problem has now been fixed in upstream systems. CSCtr80189 and other bugs on similar products must therefore visible in the new Bug search tool also now.

    I downloaded a bug for code 3750 scrub 12.2 (53) SE1 sometime.  In reviewing some of the bugs that interests us, CSCtg84350 is now more visible.  It is said:

    If I understand the original description, it was related to the SLA/RTR.  Execution 'ip SLAs enable timestamp' caused active and reserve HSRP nodes become active.

    This is a bug in the documentation, and the accompanying note were displayed.  Not sure why it has not been the case.

    The release note is:

    The HSRP both active after exec "ip sla enable timestamp".

    To work around, Increase hello timer values
    e.g. standby timers 15 16

    The explanation is that when low level timstamping gets enabled, the hsrp hello timers need to be increased as well since there is a greater delay between when the packet arrives at the interface and time it is handed to the application.

  • "Audibles" does not not in TMS14.1.1?

    A client called us because a feature they used in TMS13.2 does not work in TMS14.1.1.  I looked at him on our TMS servers and have been able to reproduce the problem;

    -In the TMS, go to the CCC.

    -In the lower left corner is a button titled "sound alerts".

    -Click it to open a pop-up window.

    -Click on a Test"" button.  In TMS13.2, you will hear a noise any.  In TMS14.1.1 you are not.

    -Allowing a sound alert (for example, when a participant disconnects a Conference), and then reproduce the triggering event that will produce a sound TMS13.2 but not TMS14.1.1.

    I checked the directory where the sound files reside and find that they do not exist in two versions of the software.

    C:\Program Files\TANDBERG\TMS\wwwTMS\styles\default\sounds

    I have looked through the papers, but could not find errors that could be the cause.  I also found nothing on this subject in the Bug Toolkit.  Is this work in TMS14.1.1 for someone else?

    While a Cisco engineer has rightly pointed out the bug ID 'CSCsa62544' to follow the VRF aware SSH issue, a piece of information that is not respected in the other forum, it's that it is a bug that is only visible internally and is not public. Because this bug is reported as an intern, you will see all the details on Bug Toolkit.

    I got the information below for the image where this functionality is supported for your specific case:

    VRF aware SSH is supported in W2. Clix (next release SXI) which will be CCOed in June 2010.

    Some additional info, maybe that's what you are experiencing.

    Console port authorization has not been added as an element until the bug No. CSCdi82030 has been put in place. Console port authorization is disabled by default to reduce the likelihood of being accidentally locked on the router. If a user has physical access to the router through the console, console port authority is not very effective. However, for images which Bug ID CSCdi82030 has been implemented, console port may be lit under line con 0 with the permission of aaa hidden command console.

    You can get specific information about a bug ID by using the Bug Toolkit, related tools and utilities.

  • No search button in the system page in the Page value models Setup - TMS 14.3.1

    I'm trying to push Configuration templates to several systems on my MSD selectively, using the Serach system option in the option "Set it Systems ' Configuration model.

    When I type a name of any system for the first time, I click search option and be able to find this system.

    When other name of the system are typical for the second time, TMS does not show the search key.

    Seems to be a cosmetic issue and seen with all browsers.

    Bug ID: CSCun15404. Note that it may take a day or two until it is visible in the Bug Toolkit.

  • TMS not related loss of package codecs C series

    Hello

    I have a TMS system (13.0) and a mixture of C20, C40 and older MXP endpoints. While trying to track down a video problem I had, I noticed that the TMS is not presenting the any of the conferences on the C Series codecs in conferences of packet loss. I see several entries for the older MXP endpoints but nothing involving endpoints of series C. I looked at the logs on the codec itself, and he showed that packet loss was produced on the Conference in question. Example from eventlog/all journal entry the below:

    Jul 10 19:44:13 arm4 video4: 410097.85 i DEC_FSM-4: decode Err: 76836 framework: (lost packets) ERROR 0x00000a40 | Corrupt data. Concealment applied | H264D_ERR_COPROCESSOR_STREAM_BUFFER_ERROR

    Anyone know if I need to enable something different on codes of series C for reports using the TMS packet loss or what I'm missing here?

    C-series, MX and EX relate not to TMS packet losses. This option works only with MXP.

    You should check on the endpoints itself, as TMS will never show that.
