  The telecine like a 4:3 letterbox wasdone: that's why you see black bars in the capture window. However, the transfer to the band (or perhaps the capture of original sequences by the transfer device) has reported that 16:9; First recognizes that flag, and that is why the video is stretched in the capture window. Since it's DV, it is not really important. Just capture it as - is and then right click on the AVI file captured, select Modify > interpret footage and all the pixels to Conform to D1/DV NTSC format (. 9091).   Alpha should BE DECOMPACTES is recognized by Adobe after effects CC.

  SOLVED... I think so. JPM300 got on the right track, but I was still not clear on it so I googled all this involving and finally landed on an iSCSI with MPIO configuration. I ended up as a result of this article (I use a Synology DS415 +, but the steps are pretty universal): How to use iSCSI targets on VMware ESXi with Multipath i/o - SynologyWiki. The article is old but always worked perfectly for me. I checked the two paths/NIC are used simultaneously, but I did not actual test to see if I have 200 MB/s of bandwidth (I've seen 80 MB/s when the cloning of virtual machines to the new iSCSI data store using vmfstools).

  I ran into a problem where the second path is not added during the alternating market; I removed the path shown and then was able to add the second path, then the first path again.

  Passwords are case sensitive - maybe you accidentally typed Welcome123 as the ssl password, you could try that. Perhaps it would be better to re-create the field or to regenerate and to deploy SSL certificates.

I have a NAS (network access storage) device and an additional hard drive, I thought that it would be better to use my cell phone as main for my photo files working memory such that it would be faster to work with the NAS or external and then again everything down to the NAS and external.   But let's clear up a few things first. From your writings, it seems that you think that you have stored pictures in post-secondary education and photos stored in LR. This is not correct. None of these programs to store your photos. All your pictures are on your hard drive, in folders, somewhere.

  Regarding the missing photos in Lightroom, when you move or rename your photos and folders outside of the Lightroom, Lightroom doesn't know where they are and bring back them as being absent. To fix it, see: http://www.computer-darkroom.com/lr2_find_folder/find-folder.htm related to that, you don't want to 'clean up' things in Windows and also "clean things" upward in Lightroom. Instead, once you import photos into Lightroom, you must do all the managing photos in Lightroom, not Windows, otherwise you'll just create several missing files.

  Create a RAID with all disks and split them into two logical volumes. Volume 1 ~ 10GB (for the OS and a small store of data for example ISO images) and Volume2 for use as a VMFS data store.

  However, my ultimate goal is to have two separate servers, sharing a MSA (using SAS) or SAN, in a redundant configuration.  In this case, I think it would be wise to get the USB now, and then remove the 300 GB drives (and maybe even the raid card), then put the disks in the storage unit.  Any comment?

  This is a possible way to go. In this case you would save the time to reinstall the hypervisor, once you get the MSA. However, for the time until you get the MSA, I prefer the solution only disk and do a new installation later (it usually does not take very long).
