Button Code: URGENT

I have a code for one of my buttons indicating the button turn to a TXT file for the link. But sometimes, I won't have a link for the button and need the button disable when the word 'disabled' is typed where the URL should be in the text field.

Here is the code for the button - can someone write the code saying it off when he reads the word "disabled" in the TXT file?

{Link1.onPress = Function ()}
getURL (artlink1, "_blank");

The TXT variable is called artlink1

script to set the framework where your apear link1, unnecessary _root in your case.

  • The PayPal button code

    Hello

    I have Paypal code which allows me to sell 3 books, listed in a menu, for the s . price of the soul, $ 17

    Please, can someone help me with the code?

    If the block of code for the paypal button is basically unreadable, then it is encrypted and you must create the button in your PayPal account. If you go to the account, you will see that it is all fairly intuitive. Then copy / paste the code that PayPal generates in your web page in code view.

    If the button code is readable, you can create a new button just by changing the obvious, such as values

    for the quantity.

    ... or, you can also create a non encrypted PayPal button, just like an encrypted button and paste the code into your page (in mode code of course).

  • Digital button & code that must run outside the switch of the event

    I have an interesting situation.  I have a command button which I activated the control via the mouse wheel of the user (thanks to great examples of code herein for one!). To do this I like, I had to put the processing part of the code outside the set event button, such that the value of the output of the control would be updated immediately.

    The only problem with this methodology which is then when the user closes the Panel and the button control is a final reminder, this block of code is executed one last time, which translates into a non fatal error "invalid control ID '.  The solution here is relevant, but is not ideal as shown above.

    My solution feels like a hack, but tell me what you think - trap on EVENT_DISCARD and back at the beginning.  Seems to work, just feels like a patch.  Here is the code:

    int CVICALLBACK KnobCallback(int panel, int control, int event, void *callbackData, int eventData1, int eventData2)
    {
        int prevValue = 0;
        int currValue; // current value of knob control, range = 0-100
        double currMotor = 0;
        double currMeter = 0;
        double idealMotor = 0;
        double currVoltage;
        int max, min, inc;

        // find the range values set in the UIR control:
        GetCtrlAttribute(panel, control, ATTR_MIN_VALUE, &min);
        GetCtrlAttribute(panel, control, ATTR_MAX_VALUE, &max);
        GetCtrlAttribute(panel, control, ATTR_INCR_VALUE, &inc);

        // load the current control changed value:
        GetCtrlVal(panel, control, &currValue);

                break;

        currMotor = LabJackTimer(LABJACK_TIMER0);
        idealMotor = MOTOR_SLOPE * currVoltage;

        if (abs((int)(currMotor - idealMotor)) < MOTOR_TOL)
        {
            SetCtrlVal(panel, MAINPANEL_TEXTMSG6, "GOOD");
            SetCtrlAttribute(panel, MAINPANEL_TEXTMSG6, ATTR_TEXT_BGCOLOR, VAL_GREEN);
        }
        else
        {
            SetCtrlVal(panel,MAINPANEL_TEXTMSG6,"FAIL");
            SetCtrlAttribute(panel, MAINPANEL_TEXTMSG6, ATTR_TEXT_BGCOLOR, VAL_RED);
        }
        return 0;
    }

    I suggest to put the code SetCtrlVal fragment in a separate function and call this function for the correct event only; at present, it is called for any event, including the event throwing...

    In addition, there is no need to recall the values min/max/inc of your control each time, once the start programme should be enough

  • Best way to write the earpiece button code?

    Hello

    I'm trying to update several fields when the user clicks a button. I have a meter static val in a separate category that determines what value is displayed when you click a field. Why should I do the final BigVector? I thought I should be impossible to add elements once a var has been marked as final? Is there a better way to achieve what I'm doing?

    Here is my code, thank you--

    final BigVector bigStringVectorA = new BigVector();
    bigStringVectorA.addElement ("a response 1 Test");
    bigStringVectorA.addElement ("a 2 response Test");
    bigStringVectorA.addElement ("a response 3 Test");

    aAnswerOptionButton.setChangeListener (new FieldChangeListener() {}
    ' Public Sub fieldChanged (field field, int context) {}
    ++ Constants.counter;
    aAnswerOptionButton.setText ((String) bigStringVectorA.elementAt (Constants.counter));
    bAnswerOptionButton.setText ((String) bigStringVectorB.elementAt (Constants.counter));
    cAnswerOptionButton.setText ((String) bigStringVectorC.elementAt (Constants.counter));
    }
    });

    If you set bigStringVectorA as a class attribute you won't have to make it final.

  • The button code will not replace the stop code

    Hello

    I have been stuck for days trying to figure this out and would appreciate any help offered.

    In an HTML5 document, I use excerpts of code (HTML5) to make an animation stops at some of the images in the scenario and then buttons take the Viewer to specific sections of the timeline.

    Displaying image002.pngDisplaying image004.pngDisplaying image006.png

    The Start button must essentially ignore the playback head on a structure ahead of the frame with the code to stop... but it doesn't. When I preview the video, I can click on the button, but the playhead does not advance the flag "getgoing. I tried this with both specific chassis numbers, but that no longer works.

    I did test files containing a single button and the stop code and everything works fine. But in this file larger with several going on, the buttons stop working. Certainly, I have imported image sequences that I made in After Effects (my favorite animation software) and Animate takes more time to save and preview because of this. I don't know if the mere fact of having sequences of images as graphic symbols would change the functionality of a button, but I'm not nothing throw.

    Thank you!

    The debugging 101 button: first thing make sure that the event handler running one) in fact, b) to what you think it is targeting. The two goals can be accomplished by sticking a trace() statement in the button click event handler that prints everything that you target your call gotoAndStop(). For example, if you have this:

    paramecium.panda.parallelogram.gotoAndStop (451);

    Add this entry:

    trace (Paramecium.Panda.Parallelogram);

    If nothing prints when you click the button, or it prints "undefined", you will have significantly reduced the problem.

  • How can I insert the paypal button code?

    I sell t-shirts and I need to have a paypal button which has options for sizes. Can someone tell me how to do this? Thanks in advance.

    You can use the Paypal widget that comes with the Muse in your library of Widgets in social media or if you have the embed code for Paypal, you can use the object--> to insert the HTML code and then paste the code in there.

  • Buttons/code works do not systematically across frames/editing questions

    Hi all

    Total newbie here. I'm trying to produce something that really should be super simple but I must be missing some basics.

    I use Flash Professional CC, a html5 canvas, Mac OS 10.8.5

    I created 6 slides, I want users to be able to navigate. Home slide seems superior work. I created 5 buttons that go to the appropriate slide and stop using this code:

    this.gotoschool.addEventListener ("click", fl_ClickToGoToAndStopAtFrame_11.bind (this));

    function fl_ClickToGoToAndStopAtFrame_11()

    {

    this.gotoAndStop (2);

    }

    I created a back button, which gives it its own unique instance (back1) to the second slide (frame 1 - for some reason any code reading frame 1 0, frame 2 frame 1, etc) that sends users to the first slide using this code snippet:

    This.back1.addEventListener ("click", fl_ClickToGoToAndStopAtFrame_0.bind (this));

    function fl_ClickToGoToAndStopAtFrame_0()

    {

    this.gotoAndStop (0);

    }

    Then, I create another button on frame 3, (back.2) and added the same code snippet:

    This.back2.addEventListener ("click", fl_ClickToGoToAndStopAtFrame_0.bind (this));

    function fl_ClickToGoToAndStopAtFrame_0()

    {

    this.gotoAndStop (0);

    }

    However, when I saw or that you post, it is not even save it as a button, let alone date back to the first slide. I don't get the "pointy finger" cursor, it looks like a blank slide with no interactivity. No idea what I'm missing here? I tried to create a button and giving different instances on each image and using the same code snippet, but that don't seem to work either.

    Here's a screenshot of my calendar and the scene:

    Help, please!

    Oh, and while I have you here, I noticed also that some items moved during publication and I have no idea why or how avoid this. It's particularly frustrating because I spent much time aligning text and images when they come out unparalleled and it seems really unprofessional.

    Here is a screenshot, you'll see in the lower left corner, three text lines have changed and are not ' aligned with the corresponding colored dots. Compare that to the screenshot above scene. Also, you will see in the bottom right I had a yellow arrow next to the text 'back' (which I recently replaced it with a "<" symbol) which also misaligned when published.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Thank you! -Patrick

    Screen Shot 2014-03-11 at 11.25.59 AM.png

    Figured it out!

    I had ignored this warning in the output window:

    "Happy with the two Bitmaps and buttons can generate errors of local security in some browsers to run from the local file system."

    It turns out that this image in the left column, the WellSAT oragne button is a bitmap. Apparently, evenunrelated buttons do not work if there is somewhere a bitmap image in the same frame. I replaced the logo with the text and the buttons worked.

    I'm glad it works now, but it's quite frustrating to think I can't have both a bitmap image or a button on the same page. If anyone has any idea why this is the case and a solution, I would like to hear about it.

    Thank you

  • Move the rewind button code in Actionscript Frame

    Hello.  I was told that put the code on the buttons is a bad habit now.  So, I'm moving my key codes to my frame main actionscript.  I did find with the play buttons / stop/pause.  However, the front buttons and rewind proved more difficult.  How the code would look like if I transferred my button on my actionscript framework?  I'll post the code I have now in my rewind button.

    Code button to rewind

    {We (Press)}
    this.onEnterFrame = function() {}
    Frame = theTargetClip_mc._currentframe;
    theTargetClip_mc.gotoAndPlay(frame-6);
    }
    }
    {We (Release)}
    theTargetClip_mc.play ();
    delete this.onEnterFrame; }

    Thanks for any help that can be given!  I give the "quite useful" and the "Right" answers.

    use:

    Code button to rewind

    var tl:MovieClip =;

    {rewind_btn.onPress = Function ())}
    tl.onEnterFrame = function() {}
    Frame = theTargetClip_mc._currentframe;
    theTargetClip_mc.gotoAndPlay(frame-6);
    }
    }
    {rewind_btn.onRelease = Function ()}
    theTargetClip_mc.play ();
    delete tl.onEnterFrame;

    }

  • Button code question

    Let's say I have a "circle_btn" button in a flash file a picture.  The circle is supposed to be hidden, so I have this button, the value 0% alpha.  What code can put in AS3 so that once the user clicks on the 'invisible' button, a large chart with an X appears on it?

    You will need to use a movieclip for the X symbol, not a graphic symbol, because you must assign an instance name to target with code.

    So if you call it "xName" you would start code that makes the invisible X immediately...

    xName.visible = false;

    and where the Manager works for the circle button you would use...

    xName.visible = true;

  • The basic button code - HELP

    Hello

    I desperately need help with some coding database if you please, because I am new to action script and demanded only the code I have so far from tutorials.

    What I have is a button that remains the same throughout the animation but a layer separate from the text on the top that will slip through on the mouse and then drag to the left on the mouse on.

    Before pasting the code I have for now, I just need to say I have merged the button and the text in a clip, and then double click to enter the instance that I then cut into layers again. I made an animation layer (called txt) text with start and stop points for sliding and on top of that, I made a layer of label for keyframes above the key points that I scored _up, anime_survol and _out. On top of all this, I made a layer actions with two key frames which have a stop(); above the point of departure and point of arrival of the blade through the animation.

    Here is a picture of the timeline and then both codes I tried to use:

    Picture 2.pngPicture 1.png

    Picture 3.png

    The name of the variable for the button itself is home_button, so ignore the button.mc in the first bit of the code.

    I use action script 3, so do not know what code is more relevant. But if you know the answer to this or can even just see errors in what I do please let me know.

    Thank you very much

    Adam

    1. you must pass the event object to the listeners:

    function buttonOutHandler (event: MouseEvent) {}

    code here

    }

    2. in your event listener, the first parameter must be a constant:

    home_button.addEventListener (MouseEvent.CLICK, buttonOutHandler)

    3. you cannot use ActionScript 2 and ActionScript 3 in the same Flash Document

    Happy coding!

  • Help with button code please?

    I am a novice and have completed my first animated film. I need help with action script.

    The film is currently in a loop and I created and invisible button the size of the frame with the intention that a user can click on the picture of the movie to stop it and the second click continue the film from where it stopped.

    I used AS event handler method to stop the sequence. I tested it and it works. But I can't understand the appropriate code to restart the movie.

    Two questions;

    1. I go to the task the right way? (should I use two buttons, a stop, a tenure)?

    2. If my approach is possible, can someone give me the right to re - start the movie and put me out of my misery please?

    You can use the following after having changed 'yourbutton' and 'yourmovieclip' to use appropriate instance names:

    {yourbutton.onRelease = function ()}

    {if(!this.) Toggle)}

    yourmovieclip. Stop();

    } else {}

    yourmovieclip. Play();

    }

    This.Toggle =! This.Toggle;

    }

  • help with condensation button code

    Hello

    I have a grid composed of 16 rows, seven columns. So there are 7 buttons in each row. on the buttons, I have a name instance for example ButtonClick1_1, ButtonClick1_2, ButtonClick1_3, ButtonClick1_4 etc and for the second row, ButtonClick2_1, ButtonClick2_2 etc.

    my code AS the action is the same for each button. I currently have a ton of code such as the following.

    ButtonClick1_1.addEventListener (MouseEvent.CLICK, clickHandler1);
    function clickHandler1(event:MouseEvent):void {}
    ButtonClick1_1.alpha = 0; 50% alpha
    Stop();
    }

    ButtonClick1_2.addEventListener (MouseEvent.CLICK, clickHandler2);
    function clickHandler2(event:MouseEvent):void {}
    ButtonClick1_2.alpha = 0; 50% alpha
    Stop();
    }

    ButtonClick1_3.addEventListener (MouseEvent.CLICK, clickHandler3);
    function clickHandler3(event:MouseEvent):void {}
    ButtonClick1_3.alpha = 0; 50% alpha
    Stop();
    }

    I'm doing this for 112 buttons! I know there is a way to simplify this with a loop for, but do not know how to code. Any ideas?

  • Can't stop... What is the problem with this button code?

    Hello

    I am totally confused as to why I can't navigate to another frame.

    I put 2 days in this simple problem now and I'm ready to give up and go back to AS2.

    Help, please!

    I use CS4; publish the AS3 settings, 10.0

    I have a button on frame 2 that should take me to frame 3 when you click it.

    (So far I tried a hundred different ways, but I don't get to frame 3...)

    I tried different things...

    > Create the button dynamically from the library...

    > Insert statically library on frame 2...

    > referencing the mainTimeline by a variable...

    > wrapping the stop action in another function... (if it is placed directly on the timeLine of the movie properly goes directly to frame 3)

    > naming frame 3...

    > using "nextFrame" rather than "STOP"...

    etc...

    In most cases I don't get an error in the output panel and no compiler error either. It simply doesn't get it!

    (Just on the same frame after I click the button)

    Here is the code which I think should work; but does not work:

    function moveTo3 (event: MouseEvent): void {}

    trace ("Button_Clicked"); always redraws correctly; but the film does not go to frame 3.

    gotoAndStop (3);

    }

    f_btn.addEventListener (MouseEvent.CLICK, moveTo3);

    WHAT ME MISSING HERE?

    Thanks in advance...

    If you found the trace, you get frame 3.  Something else is causing the stop(); to ignore.  You have any kind of active continuous operation code in the file, as an ENTER_FRAME listener, or some other listener who might have been waiting in the wings?  As I said, it is not likely to be a bug, it is not impossible.  If you can save a copy of the fla file in a CS3 file and make it available via a server I can take a look and see if I can find the suspects.

  • The button code

    I'm working on a script of mapquest direction - but I ran into a syntax error problem that I can't solve. Here is the code that I placed on my button to get directions. Can you see a problem right now? I use Flash 8, ActionScript 2!

    Here is a link to my fla file - if anyone can watch and help me fix it, I would be really useful.

    FLA: http://www.apsiaustin.com/Directions 8 fla

    Button ActionScript:

    on {(press)
    Where the map will find directions
    must fill out below
    Address where the directions go to
    address_2 = "9411 Neils Thompson Drive"
    City where the directions go to
    ville_2 = "Austin."
    State where directions will go, you must abbreviate the State
    state_2 = "TX".
    Zip code where the directions go to

  • New Simple button Code

    I have a clip entitled 'about' - inside the clip, I have a button named 'Home'

    In the film clip, I have a secondary clip with a button on the inside with the following code:

    on {(press)
    gotoAndPlay ("p1");
    about. Home.Enabled = False;
    }

    But I can't code works - when I open the secondary clip it does not jump down and the devil the 'home' button in the clip from the film!

    Can anyone help?

    We don't want your reference to the "home" button If so:
    about-> home [btn]
    about-> "secondary" [btn]
    then the code on "secondary" should reference as follows:
    {We (Press)}
    ...
    This._parent. Home.Enabled = false;
    }

    OK now?

    Adam
