Buy a new Palm Z22 computer

My Palm Z22, I saw, finally bit the dust after almost 5 years.  I would like to buy a new one, but extreme difficulties, the location on the Web site.  He was interrupted?  If this isn't the case, could someone give me a link so I can make my purchase.  Paper just does not cut it more!  Thanks in advance...

OK - guess I should have read the rest of the threads below.  Looks like I'm out of luck.  Are there any other non-telephone, just devices PDA which I could dump my old Palm information to?  I sense that the last 5 years of my life is in this device and don't know how to work properly without it?

  • Recently, I buy a new computer dell laptop... There Gilbert win8

Recently, I buy a new inspron to computer dell laptop 15 with win8. So anyway my os will be corrupted what am I supposed to do. How do I reinstall win8?

    You have two options:

If you want to reinstall Windows 8, which means remove applications and personal files and settings, you can use the reset and refresh. This is equivalent to a clean install.

To do this, follow these steps:

    · Press the Windows key + i on your keyboard to show the charms (if you use a touch screen: touch the right edge of your screen and drag your finger to the left)

    · Click settings

    · Click change PC settings

    · Click general in the left column

    · In virtue remove all and reinstall Windows, click Start

Then follow instructions that will be provided on the screen to reinstall Windows on your PC.

You can also create a disc of recovery right now:

  • Palm Z22 and problem with Outlook 2007 help.

News: Palm Z22, Palm Desktop software is being updated for the most common, Outlook 2007, 32 bit Windows Vista computer.

I have been using a Palm Z22 for several years.  I want to use Outlook 2007 but failed to get transferred to the Outlook 2007 data from the Palm device or the Palm Desktop software.  I tried a re-install of Palm Destop software, including the choice of the Outlook option during the option of Palm and nothing happens.

My goal is to use Outlook 2007 to sync with the Palm Z22 device and vice versa.  I'm eager to schedule mainly.

  • Can I use the CD that came with my Palm Z22 to install on my new computer Windows 8 2005?

I'm upgrading from a Dell XP machine on a computer Dell Windows 8.  My old Palm Z22 driver installation CD will work to load the software into my new Windows 8 machine; or do I need to download a new software specifically for Windows 8?

After losing almost three frustrating weekends, I finally got my Z22 to synchronize with Windows 8.  You never answered my first question [can I use the CD that came with my Palm Z22 to install on my new computer Windows 8 2005?], that would have eliminated a lot of uncertainty in my many attempts to synchronize with the download of version 6.2 has recommended you.  Fortunately, I wasn't the original CD with version 4.2, because 6.2 has toured with a bit more clear instructions and a new download of http://www.palmdr.com/windows-7-64-bit-usb-drivers

Thanks for your advice in any case.

  • Buy a new computer, what should I ask the seller on the computer?

Hi, I think of buying a new computer (pc, no cell phones), what should I ask on the computer to ensure that it is a beautiful and good performance. Should I buy a custom build or a pre-build. If you know a good computer for watching YouTube videos and that some computer game. I won't play a lot of high graphics like Gta 5 card games but I want a computer that can run games like League of legends and minecraft ok. Yet once I need a computer to not base a high performance, but I want a fast enough computer. Thank you in advance if you answer this question.

I don't want to test exactly the games you want to play.  Most people keep a poor installation which may require a 10 Windows Installer Clean or Clean reinstall Windows 7 , but you can test if it's profiteers of start-up or a bloated AV who is the limitation by turning them off as suggested in Clean Up Factory Bloatware .  If she drags open the Task Manager and look at charts to see if it's CPU or RAM which is behind.  If it's then possible RAM, you can increase it-google the brand and model to see which is expandable to compare with the specifications in information system (type msinfo in start search).

What do at the shop for a PC here in the States, take advantage of our retailer giant generous 2 week return policy Best Buy offers full refund.  Then I put them to the test, save a backup image or recovery media to do a clean install to see how good performance can get - since no matter which PC factory can still produce about 20-30% better performance with a clean install as in the links I gave earlier.  This is how, after trying about a dozen phones over 2 years, I moved on my Lenovo G500 with Core i5 and 4 GB of RAM, I doubled.  What are the minimum specs I want for heavy multi-tasking (I do) or play of light.  For the big games I would like Core i7.

I realize that most of the sellers cannot be this cooperative, but then I wouldn't buy a PC unless I could determine these things, or have a good idea of which direction they head you.

  • If I buy a new hard drive, I use the activation number provided with my computer to re - install Windows XP?

Greetings from St. John's Newfoundland. My wife has given car for my birthday washer and I wiped the ENTIRE hard drive, including the operating system. (XP). • Buy a new computer with Windows XP

I currently own a desktop computer that now requires to be updated for memory (softwrae sape memory!).  I don't want the hassle to change everything (I want to be able to transfer any form my computer to a new computer seamlessly) so my question is can I still buy a computer with Windows XP rather than having to upgrade to Windows 7?  Thank you.

    Yes and no.

In the body of your message, your question has been:
I can always buy a computer with Windows XP
The answer is Yes. Here again, it will take a used computer. If you close this doing, I would spend no more than $175 on this subject. Make sure that it comes from a reliable source and has a license to run Windows XP as well as accessories sticker certificate of authenticity to this topic. There are also the seller will give you the means to reinstall Windows, preferably an authentic Windows XP installation CD.
To answer the question in your subject line, the answer is no.
For what it's worth, there's nothing wrong with buying a new PC which has Windows 7. There is a transfer assistant that you can use that will make the process easier. If you find it's too hard, find a qualified technician. Do not forget that you would still need to transfer files from your old XP PC to your XP PC to a little more recent opportunity, too (if this is the option you choose)! It is not as transparent as you hope. :-(
    Or...
Maybe you can get two years out of your current PC (might as well as extended Support for XP will last for two more years). If so, we can help you with your memory most likely problem. Let us know. If so, we will need to know the make, model and model number of the PC and how much RAM is installed.

  • Better to buy a new computer to repair?

I am a disabled veteran and needed something to keep my mind and body busy.  Her husband is also a disabled veteran, but he doesn't have an interest in computers and games. He of more the kind of fishing.  We have been able to buy two computers on a year and a half after a tornado struck us, and our House was classified as a total loss.  Unfortunately, as much... we were underinsured and couldn't buy a new House so we worked on the reconstruction of our mobile home ourselves and made a few purchases like computers.  The computer that I had at that time there was shattered, and nothing has been left to work on. I've always used games and computers to deal with my disability so became quite nervous about not having a.  Yep, I'm an old lady, playing games.  However, we had another tornado hit close last week, but not directly.  A lot of lightning and power exploded about a day and a half.  When I was able to again turn on, the computer sounded like he was taking off.  I rebooted and the noise subsided, but I could tell that something was wrong.  I found the small device of 'hot spot', that I use to access the internet had come close to exploding.  Looks like the lightning entered the outlit, crossed this device, through the computer, then back to the zone reactive. Fortunately, another hotbox and another computer so I went online to do some research.  I have this one fed up to see exactly what he was doing.  It is not nearly the speed he was seized, and when I go to a gambling site, I can't get the load pump took.  He behaves as if there is not enough memory.  I disassembled the computer but nothing fixed on what the problem was.  I think it's something in the motherboard or possibly the CPU? I could not find anyone who wanted to work on a whole in a touch that was almost all integrated on the motherboard.   I looked for a restart but just do not see.  I used to build computers, but stopped when the technology was faster than my ability to learn. I take a person who manufactures computers, but said, that he would not be worth the cost of replacing motherboard and need to replace.   He said something that I've heard of a few others that I wasn't going to find an easy fix for this and the cost is probably higher to repair and replace, but to buy a new one that was technically up-to-date than my Aspire is.  I checked out the website and see that there is a computer is more oriented game than this particular model and when I add the cost of a monitor, it is still not as much as I paid for it!  My insurance company told to get some quotes for repair and they would cover the cost, but I wonder if it would be better to go there and to opt for the next model upward?  I know that I have a little time to get the information that them... and do not know what I have to do.  Someone had their computers break down and the cost of repairs is more than buying a newer version? I guess it would be better if I tell you what computer I have.  It is and ACER Aspire Z3101U4062, 1 TB hard drive, 4 GB of DDR3 memory, Windows 7 Home premium, AMD Athlon IIX2 240th double heart proc., NVIDIA GeForce 9200 graphics, DVD Super Muilti one Multi card reader drive, Lan integrated 10/100/1000 & wireless network, has no upgrade to Windows 8, but had the ability to do it since I bought the right to the computer before winning 8 came out.  I added more memory and had didled to the registry to speed it up and was looking to upgrade the hard drive and thought I'd go with a quad core, but when I checked the stats, all the rest will need to be upgraded too.  In any case, I use my HP lap top that well with the game but I preferred the desk top.  Oh the monitor is a 21 1/2 inch touchscreen multimedia Full HD 1080 p.  I was also wondering if there was a trade in the program but I couldn't find anyone who would make up a trade.  Geeze, I reread and it looks like I'm babbling! I'm going through the forums and do research more.

Thank you to have an answer so quickly.  But, alas... I guess that just, it wasn't meant to be.  I did a recovery without success.  Fortunately for backup... discs would have taken to always for some applications load again.  Has chosen to not load at all since she had no adverse effects or positively.  I have a laptop that is more suited for games with its i7 2 TB HD, 8 GB memory and so on so forth.  I would have liked to try a water cooled computer, but right now it would be just something I'm going to dream.  At the time wherever I can afford something like Alienware, my grandchildren have grandchildren.  I went with one of the techs that I showed earlier computer showed me a game that really made me drool and I can build myself.  Oh sure... When my ship comes and checks in the mail and it won't hurt a lot and I'll be back in a few minutes and I'm sure that I turned on the stove top until I leave the House... all is proving to be the reality instead of... Oh nvm... you know what I mean.  After making a recovery here made me realize that I have to clean the lap top and make new spiffy as.  I usually do this once a year and clean it like we did in MID.  Yes... I know.. military intelligence... I have to go to work on the car with my husband right now, but will be back to read some more of the forums.  There will are much smarter that I am and I see so many good advice... but I must read more.  Thanks again

  • Is it possible to buy a new computer with Windows XP or buy one with Windows 7 and remove it and install Windows XP? I have

I now have a computer with Windows XP and wanted to buy a new computer.  All new computers come with Windows 7.  Is it possible to buy a new computer with Windows XP (or buy one with Windows 7 and remove it and install Windows XP)?   I like XP and have talked to people who are not really happy with Windows7 and holds XP back.  AND I also discovered that my printer is not compatible with Windows 7 - it is not that I love him and want to keep it.  I can't afford to buy a new computer AND printer, since I have been unemployed for more than 2-1/2 years.   I would like to use XP on a new computer!   I would appreciate it if you could let me know what is possible or if I'm stuck with my old computer.  Thank you very much!

Probably not, you will find a computer with XP on it.

If you buy a computer with Windows 7, you will first need to know if it would be compatible with Windows XP. Probably not, because they are not designed for XP and drivers are not available.

Unless you want to spend the time, you're stuck with your old computer.

Really, not including the cost of the actual, implementation components who sometimes comes with the purchase, according to the retailer.  But to have install for you and do some professional courtesy as drivers or additional software, implementation of printing/scanning of the defaults and simply defining overall... which is a service I offer (locally in my community) for an appointment $ 60.
