BW filter, how to apply a glance to only part of the image?

Lets say, you like the way the BW filter looks for the body of a person, but not the face. What do you do?

You cannot paint with the mask like that simply bring color back. Thank you.

Use the adjustment of body weight, as C layer gently recommend, apply a mask to it.

  • How can I run without losing a part of the image?

I used a scanner to scan in a bunch old photos flat.  The photos are not perfectly straight - I thought I could turn and recrop using LR.

Here's the problem: I have a bunch of crooked pictures on a white background.  If I try to rotate the photo, it will eventually crop part of the photo.  (Does make sense - you've all seen that when you tried to rotate a photo).

But I need to find a way to tell LR to add in extra white background as needed instead of cutting into my actual photo.

I can do this in PS by creating a great white background, turning the original photo and then to cropping.  It's annoying when you have 100 + images.  But is there a way to do that in LR?

To do this, you must create a mask around the letters that you don't need, using the pen tool.

  • I need to replace a color on my image with a specific part of the image color.  How do I?

I spent over 2 hours trying to figure out how to replace a color on a part of my image with a specific color indicated on another part of the image.  So far, I was able to go to "Replace color" on my version of Adobe Photoshop, but it seems that I can only change the hue and brightness of the color that it is currently.  I need to use a specific color, so this didn't help me.  Does anyone know how to complete the task that I refer to?

In addition, please keep in mind that I use Adobe Photoshop 6.0, not a fancy cs version or whatever it is.  So it's fairly old school...

Any help/comments are greatly appreciated!  Thank you.

    Hello

In fact, you can choose a specific color using the replace color function!

Go to Image > adjustments >, replace color

Select the color you want to replace. Then, click on the 'Result' box in the section of replacement (see below)

A color picker dialog box opens, where you can use the eyedropper tool to select a specific color in your image, or you can enter the specific RGB/CMYK values.

Please post again if you have any other questions - I use CS6, but as far as I know, this process works the same for PS 6.0.

    Good luck!

  • Apply the hyperlink to a part of the image (was: hyperlink on the PNG file)

    Hello

I import a PNG image in Adobe Muse. It is a circular image I want to use it as a button. When I created the hyperlink, the entire image, including the image frame is a hyperlink. Is there a way to only apply the hyperlink to the circle of the PNG file?

    Thank you!

Uunfortunately, that's how image links work. Everything is square or rectangular in HTML, so when you apply a link to an image, it is actually applied to the image frame.

It is possible to make links non square using image maps, but it involves a bit of coding.

    I hope this helps.

  • Newbie question - how to effectively check if photo is part of the selection

    Hi all

Sorry for the newbie question, but I do not know how to solve, and I'm sure that there is a quick and easy answer to this:

My goal is to get all the 'stack heads' (photos with Position 1 in batteries) selection ('photos' below).

for I have, make photo in ipairs( photos )
    local date = picture:getFormattedMetadata("Filename")

    if Photo:getRawMetadata( "isInStackInFolder" ), then
    - Photo is in a stack
    local photoHeadOfStack = picture:getRawMetadata("topOfStackInFolderContainingPhoto")

local stackPos = picture:getRawMetadata( "stackPositionInFolder" ), - get the position in the stack
    local photoHeadName = photoHeadOfStack:getFormattedMetadata("Filename")

    app:logVerbose(' Photo nb ^ 1, name ^ 2 is in a stack with the position ^ 3 ', i, date, stackPos"")

    if stackPos == 1 then
    - photo is the master of the battery
    stackTop[#stackTop+1] =photo
    app:logVerbose(' picture ^ 1 is the top of the stack ^ 2 ', date, #stackTop)

-check if couple if it is correct
    elseif photos. photoHeadOfStack then
app:logVerbose(' picture ^ 1 is in a stack, but not over the top. ") (Top of the stack already selected", date)

    other
    stackTop[#stackTop+1] =photoHeadOfStack
    app:logVerbose(' picture ^ 1 is in a stack, but not over the top. ") Top of the stack ^ 2 - ^ 3 ", date, #stackTop, photoHeadName)

    end
    end
    end

In the if structure in the center of the Position in the stack control, if the Position is not 1, I would check if the photo to the stack ("photoHeadOfStack'") is part of the 'pictures '. I tried 'elseif photos.photoHeadOfStack then' and ' elseif photos [photoHeadOfStack] then ' but it doesn't work-> This elseif is never true even if 'photoHeadOfStack' part of the 'photos'.

Any way to have this check done without checking the photos "manually"? (via e.g. a loop for)

I'm sure that Lua offers this, but I do not know how...

    Thank you for your support!

  • How to apply policy endpoint to gateway instead of the switch router

    Dear team,

I propose ISE to the customer. They want to deploy ISE as point policy and central authentication for users in the branches. I would ask whether this scenario is possible:

-When the client of the user is connected to the access switch, the switch uses 802.1 x or MAB switch port

-After the authentication, as long as the normal method, we will push a dACL or VLAN change in ISE for approval instructions. But the customer will not apply ACL port on the switch. They want to apply the policy to the gateway router.

So is it possible to do? I am SGT but I have no experience in this regard. Please help solve this problem. Thank you very much.

    Kind regards

    Hiep Nguyen.

    Hiep,

You can use authentication proxy to push the ACL for users on the router. However, ACL based port is your best approach because you can determine the authorization at the port level and if the user moves so no politics.

Instead of brackets glued to tooth, dental care is drawn by a series of dental plastic trays designed to move teeth in additional movements over the weeks. The clear plastic trays are virtually invisible and are difficult to detect. With Invisalign, there is no irritation of the gums, and they can be removed for aesthetic reasons for small periods of time.

Invisalign is a solution for patients who do not need a severe orthodontic treatment and is not a solution for everyone. Alternatively, use Insert > named anchor.
