  You can not. There is no method to remote turn on/off all the settings on the phone. The only thing you can do is put it in mode lost through the computer and it remains to be seen if the device connects to a known Wi - Fi network.   This might work for you. Create a custom property on the profile which has a unique value where you store the id of third party. When you get the id, make a query repository to get the profile, then use method loginTrustedUser in ProfileServices using the user login.

  No one can uninstall something from someone from another machine remotely outside planting a virus on it... probably violating some law somewhere.

  You can try to call the Adobe customer directly and see if they have a way to disable access to your license.  It's something that I don't know if it is possible, however.
