Right-click accidents are caused by third-party shell extensions. To identify the culprit, you must use a utility like ShellExView and disable context menus not Microsoft managers one by one (or disable items in a batch) and observe.

  • Resize the width of the mode live view for resets overview sensitive to the top of the page

Almost every time I move the scrubber in live view to verify sensitive breakpoints are correct, it scrolls by me to the top of the page.

Unfortunately, it's a problem for the sites of scrolling a page, as the question that I am trying to fix is a path down a long page, and the only way to see the responsiveness in action is to zoom stupidly far. Y at - it an option to enable the circumvention of this off, or reasonable?

Edit: I use Mac OS on a MacBook Pro 10.10.4

MrJW gave you a good work around in Live View mode. But honestly, when I work with the reagents long pages, I saw in the browsers and keep them open while I do a few code tweaks. Then refresh browser (F5 or Ctrl + R) to check my progress. I almost never work without one or several browsers open at all times.

Right click > inspect element is another feature of good browser to use.

If you have Firefox with the Web Developer Toolbar extension, you can use Resize > sensitive view layouts to see the appearance of your page (s) on multiple devices. This is a handy feature.

In addition, you can edit the CSS in real-time to see how it effects your work and lots of other good things.

I highly recommend the FF Web Developer Toolbar. It's free. I use mine constantly.

  • Some images not appearing is not in Live View mode?

    Hello

Recently, I upgraded my Dreamweaver CS5 and have noticed that some images are appearing is no longer in Live View mode. When Live View is clicked, both images are displayed in Design view and preview in the browser; However, when you click on Live View, the question mark appears for new photos that have not been used in Dreamweaver before the update. Does anyone know a fix for this? I tried to uninstall/reinstall the software. Thanks for your help.

What is the exact code of images path?

How big are your images (file size)? You optimize them for the web in your graphics editor before you insert in your web page? Are they saved in RGB and CMYK not?

  • CSS works in design mode and mode live view but not preview browser

    Hello

My web page looks great in Design view - just where I want to. When I click on Live View, things have really foires air upwards and nowhere near as good and I'll have to fix this somehow. But the main problem I have is when I saw the page in a browser. Firefox or Internet Explorer, it just seems like it's not finding the CSS file. So I manually typed in the code in the header, and that has not worked. So I clicked on the 'link' button and come to find that the CSS file and that did not work. So I opened just the CSS file, saved as a CSS document, and it still doesn't work. So I opened a page that I know works correctly and compared the two and it's not just a difference. Everything is fine with the paths or the code. In fact, I was getting so frustrated that I picked up at the regular "index.html" to a website online that I have access and has replaced it with one I have problems with. I downloaded my new css file and all my images, and even this Web page looks like it does not find the CSS. www.semaltra.com here are the screenshots of what I see and I also stuck my code. Can someone figure this puzzle? It has been very frustrating!

  • Live view css3 mode

Hi you guys. I'm looking for some entries. I'm playing with some of the new CSS3 properties. There are some really great things out there now that you can do with CSS3. One of the properties that I play with is

-moz - transform:rotate (30deg); (NOTE THIS IS FOR THEN ONLY)

If you assign it to an ap div, it turns out that div to an angle of 30 degrees. Pretty cool.

But what I find is, when I hit the button in live view, Live view mode browser doesn't seem to be the Firefox browser and this particular property for firefox in other words when I click on live view, I do not see the box activated at a 30 degree angle. I real affect F12, see in my main default Firefox browser. I don't want you have to hit f12. I want to be able just click live view and see what he would see in a FireFox browser. Is there anyway I can change the live view of browser renders in?

Please let me know. Thanks for your help.

    Hello

Let me ask you this, how did you find that dreamweaver mode live view uses the web kit. Was it in the help manual? or you just understand it by the process of elimination?

It's in the documentation and the update of the webkit browser used in DW is often a topic of discussion on the forum.

However, I want the mode live view to display the property of Mozilla Firefox.

Live view mode cannot be done, so we use the "Preview in browser" option to display in firefox and it has installed another browser and in the list of browsers DW. You must use several specific prefixes of the browser at the time display several items css3.

-ms-is for microsoft, (only IE9 at this time)

    -o - for Opera

-moz - for browsers Mozilla, (inc firefox)

    -webkit - Safari and Chrome

Fortunately, the rest of this css rule is the same in all these browsers but for compatibility downstream generic css3 rule must also be included as the last item.

  • CS5 Live View does not display styles

    Hello

I use CS5 on a Macintosh, you try to use the live view.

I have been all over the forums, but have not found a solution. This all started when I tried to use exercise files. I can see the file correctly in Design or split mode.

As soon as I click on Live View, the page seems to lose the link to the css file.

The exercise files are straight html. I have defined a site on my desktop. The link to the style sheet is based on the document. The page is displayed in a browser perfectly, even in outside "Preview of Dreamweaver in the browser", which means that I can use a browser to simply open the file and styles renders.

It's just this Live View which seems to not find or not display any style at all. I don't see that I have to ICT or Miss some preference or any menu item.

Of course, this is not terribly critical right now, but for me to take advantage of the features of Live View, I certainly would want to control what I see.

    I'm grateful for any help.

    Hello

I think that I have no need to set up a server.

For the live view works correctly, you must set a (local test) server in the case otherwise it doesn't make the pages correctly.

To set a server see - http://help.adobe.com/en_US/dreamweaver/cs/using/WScbb6b82af5544594822510a94ae8d65-7f62a.h tml.

  • space between div in Firefox & mode live view

I created a page using css for page layout. I have four containers of main div named "header_main, horz_main, body_main and footer_main." Each of these main div/containers have another div nested in them. I don't have a problem with what is happening in each of the containers main themselves, and I don't have a problem when you preview in the boarding school Explorer. It looks very well even in design mode.

But when I click on 'live view' or he spotted in a firfox browser I have spaces or line breaks between horz_main and body_main. and then again between body_main and footer_main.
What is the origin of the spaces in Firefox and live view, and how do I get rid of them?

  • His mirror of Canon 70 d Live View

    Hello

Understand that when you press the Start/Stop button to switch to Live View viewfinder mode, it will produce a sound of the mirror tilting upward.

But then, in the mode live view, whenever I have half-press the shutter button to the update, it keeps producing the same sound that the mirror flipping over, the LCD turns off like half a second and again with the topic under discussion.

Is this normal or something is wrong with my camera?

    Thank you.

    Hello

It seems that if you use Live View "Quick AF" focus mode (page 243 of your manual)... This removes the mirror temporarily interested using the matrix of sensors in the viewfinder (phase detection) and then triggers the mirror again. It is faster than the method of Live View contrast detection focusing on most DSLRs.

However, 70 d has the new method of development "double pixel" available in Live View mode in other Live View focus modes, which is pretty darn fast. So you shouldn't need to "Quick AF" mode. See page 233 to 242 in your job and choose one of the other focus Live View modes.

  • I can't put files when in Live View mode

I have my site configured to "automatically download files to the server when checking". When I save a file, it is properly is placed on the server. However, if I have the Live View active and you save a file, I get the error "access is denied. The file exists may not be not on-site, can be opened in another program, or there might be a problem of local authorization. "If I switch to Live View twice (that is, turn it off and turn it back on), the file is displayed correctly in Live View mode.

I always have to close Live View before (save) a file? I do this hundreds of times each day. It seems that the file should be placed and arranged Live View mode...

    Thank you!

    Switch to the Design mode.

I have my site configured to "automatically download files to the server when checking".

IMO, this is a very dangerous setting that should never be used. Even the experts make mistakes.

It is much safer to save first. When you are sure that your files are good to go, press Ctrl + Shift + u to download.

After a download session, I always unplug the remote server.
