By double clicking on the topic he removes and does not open

I am facing a strange problem frustrating both of our controlled source help projects that no one else on my team knows. This seems to be a problem with my computer/installation of RoboHelp.
Today, I went into our projects to help for the first time in a few days, and when I double click on any topic, it automatically checked off VSS, but it did not open. It extracts also in the CSS, template file (master page) and all the graphic files associated with the subject.
Normally, when I double-click a topic, the topic opens, and it only checks it off VSS if I start typing in the topic. It does not check the CSS, master page file, or graphic files, unless I have make changes to these files.
Like I said, nobody else knows this problem. We all have the same versions of the system (see below). It seems that me, and it goes both of our aid projects. To my knowledge, I didn't do anything to my computer or its application settings to cause this. Someone knows a problem like this? If so, what can I do about it? Any other ideas?

I used to be able to click on the sign in tab + and it should open up a window with my sites most visted. After update now if it opens on a blank page. Why?

Disable the Safari Extensions
You can disable Extensions Safari to learn if all are causing the problem.
- In the Safari menu, choose Preferences.

If turning off an extension solves the problem, look for updates of the extension by clicking Update in the lower left corner of the window. Or remove the extension by clicking on the button uninstall.
Remove Internet plug-ins and other add-ons.
You can remove Internet plug-ins and other add-ons to see if everything is the origin of the problem. To find them, quit Safari and open these folders in library:
- The library folder at the top level of your hard drive. Open it from the Finder by choosing go > go to folder in the menu bar. Then type
/Library
and then click OK. - The record library in your home folder. Open it by organizing the Option while choosing go > library in the menu bar.
The folders in the library contains the following folders for modules. Move all the files in these folders to the trash.
- Internet Plug-Ins
Do not remove the default Browser.plugin, nslQTScriptablePlugin.xpt, Composer.webplugin of Quartz or QuickTime Plugin.plugin. - Input methods
- InputManagers
- ScriptingAdditions
If the removal of the files in these folders solves the problem, quit Safari again and gradually put the files until you find the one at the origin of the problem:
- Open the Recycle Bin and select one of the files that you removed. Chose file > back up. The file back to its folder.
- Open Safari and see if the problem returns.
- If the issue is returned, you have identified the add-on causing the problem. Do not use or contact its manufacturer for an updated version.
- If the question does not return, quit Safari and put back another file.

You are able to go online through it? Try opening a command prompt and "ping 192.168.1.1" just to see if you can still get there.

Safari. When opening a site, the page frequently does not. The blue progress bar moves about half way and then stops. I can get to move usually by reloading the page, but it's slow and frustrating.
It does occur on a particular site. Now, it seems to be fairly general.
WiFi is good so I don't think that's the problem.
Any ideas?
Go step by step by step and test.
1. turn off the power to the router. Unplug it from the wall. Wait a while.
Plug it in, back to the wall. Turn on the router. Wait for all lights are light up properly. It will take a while.
Restart the computer.
Boot mode safe.

2 remove Caches.db
Close all windows and close all applications.
Hold down the 'option' key, then click on the "Go" menu in the Finder menu bar.
Select 'Library' in the menu dropdown.
Library > Caches > com.apple.Safari > Caches.db
Right-click on the Caches.db file and select "move to trash".
Close the windows.
Restart and restart Safari.
3 empty Caches
Safari > Preferences > advanced
Tick the box "Show develop menu in menu bar."
Develop menu will appear in the Safari menu bar.
Click on develop and select 'Empty cache' in the menu dropdown.
4. remove the Cookies
Safari > Preferences > privacy > Cookies and other data from the website:
Click on the button "Details".
Delete all cookies except those from Apple, your internet service provider and the banks.
5 Disable Extensions and test them.
Safari > Preferences > Extensions
Uncheck 'Enable the Extension' and test.

I have a group of tabs stuck in the bar of tasks, it does not open.
I had 2 groups of tabs. A group opens and works, but the other is stuck in the taskbar. I can click on it, or do a right click and then restore, but does not open the window containing this group of tabs. The other group works very well. Well, I'll be, I right click the taskbar group & then maximize the success, that worked. I use tabs to group for some time, has never had to do before.

Looks like it may be better if you got a new start by uninstalling the current version and upgrade to the latest version of Firefox by following these steps:
- Get the latest version: http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/
- Uninstall your current version of Firefox.
- Do not remove the data of a personal nature when you uninstall the current version.
- Delete the program folder Firefox before installing newly downloaded copy of the Firefox installer.
- It is important to remove the Firefox program folder to delete all the files and make sure that there is no problem with the files that were the remains after uninstallation.
- Your bookmarks and other profile data stored in the Firefox profile folder and will not be affected by a relocation, but make sure that you do not select delete data of a personal nature if you uninstall Firefox.
