• Whenever I have press F11 or click full screen, my address bar and the tabs will not go down as they normally do. How can I fix it?

  I recently hooked another monitor to my laptop, that was when the problem occurred, but even after restarting Firefox * and * my computer, it did not always work.   You can right click on the tab bar or the Navigation bar mode full screen (F11) and make sure that "Hide toolbar" is enabled.

  Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/tools > Modules > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is the cause of the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/tools > Modules > appearance).

  I did have to pay for firefox because firefox is free. But I buy the full version of downloadhelper path long before my computer crashed. Download helper has a record of my IP address and my name and email, and I remember seeing a key for my purchase when I used to look in the window options. Then they will make me pay for a legitimate downloadhelper version if they have officially that I already bought? That's what I want to know, because I don't have to buy it again.

  Re-installing Firefox does not necessarily mean that you will have to re - install Download Helper.

• Question about Prefetch - somehow set auto clear, how it stop doing that?

  Some time ago I followed the instructions of the random people on the internet (stupid, I know) blindly and found a way to put my Prefetch to delete automatically whenever I restart my computer. I would like to change that - I was wondering how I would be able to undo that, now that the other programs are telling me that my Prefetch folder was recently allowed and that it is a 'bad' thing.

  I remember well, it was actually a microsoft... HMM, not sure what they call them, something I used to do. He said that he would set up my settings so that Prefetch would open automatically during startup (I think).

  First question: what version of bridge CC do you use? CC of the bridge or bridge CC2015?

  FWIW, I just checked both versions with a few EPS that I created in Adobe Illustrator (CC2015) and I see the thumbnails in both versions of the bridge. So if you're still having problems, we need to understand what is different on your system?

  You will not lose anything, but the app if you uninstall. If you decide to uninstall use this app to make sure that all the other files which depends on FCE are also deleted however I can't give you any assurance as to whether you will be able to reinstall so that it works correctly. It is a software that has not been supported for almost 5 years and there are conflicting reports as to its compatibility with OS X 10.11. Can't I test it myself.

  I am having trouble in bridge with my cache. When I open the bridge I get the error message, 'the bridge has encountered a problem and cannot read the cache. Please try to purge central cache in the Cache preferences to correct the situation. "I've done this twice now and still get this error message pop up. In addition, my vertical thumbnails do not rotate automatically as they usually do the usual icon that indicates that a raw data file has been aligned in camera raw (to the right of the thumbnail) has disappeared and my rankings are not displayed to the top.   Answering my own question here, but if anyone else has this problem, try to hold Cmd-Opt-Shift when launching Bridge and choose Cache Purge. For some reason any purge the cache it worked for me vs go to Preferences.

  Please reset the Bridge preferences and then try it.

  Measures

  Start Adobe Bridge, and immediately press Ctrl + Alt + Shift (Windows) or command + Option + shift (Mac OS down) until the dialogue box reset settings appears.

  Select all three options - reset preferences, reset Standard Workspaces and all miniature Purge Cache - and then click OK.

  Well, you purge the Cache?

  If not, did you go to the preferences, go to the caching and the last option is to purge the Cache.

  Also @Debbie: you could try to rebuild settings. To do this off bridge and then restart Bridge. However, having fingers on shift-Option-control at the start of Bridge. Keep until a window offering to reset preferences, purge entire thumbnail Cache and reset Standard workspaces. I suggest you choose the first two.

  And Abdul, you might want to try that as well.

  Sometimes the purge of preferences is not all MS... So, you can manually go and delete the cache folder Bridge CS6.

  1. exit the bridge
  2. If mac goto: Users/username/Library/Caches/Adobe /.
  3 remove the Bridge CS6 (or whatever version you have) file
  4 restart Bridge. He will rebuild the folder and the files included in this one.

  Thanks to all who tried to help, it means a lot!  I have no idea what happens but I tried to run a complete scan with antivirus program McAfee I was BTW it was free because of the internet service gave to me to be a customer with them, (I guess they have an ongoing case) not much of a cause I had nothing else problems with McAfee all for about 5 years and they are so much better programs out there (to new my opinion) but on with my story so whenever I tried to run a full scan or fast he rode every time error cannot start scan try again and so on, so I called them and they could not understand what the problem was and finally reinstalled but it doesn't work and of course they wanted me to buy a version... So I said forget it and went with one of the best Antivirus out there (my opinion only) programs free and it scanned and found some articles ad and he never came back! So I'm lucky so far and happy! Once again thanks to Jose @ and @ John for help and getting back to me, that shows the high level of awareness and dedication... So thank you to you two! I have no idea of what the problem was I think that he had with the Ad-ware and anti virus program does not properly and somehow obtained a "bug" If you want to.   Yes.  But you need a little magic Terminal to get the desired data.  Caching server is managed by a sqlite database.  To examine the contents, follow these basic steps:

  1: connect to the database using the following command:

  sudo sqlite3 /Library/Server/Caching/Data/AssetInfo.db

  2: to structure the data, run these two commands to the sqlite command-line prompt:

  .blog column

  . Headers on

  3: to find everything that is stored, run this command (you'll get iCloud cached documents, books, iOS apps, etc.):

  Select * from ZASSET;

  4: to narrow the results down to elements called by software updates, try this:

• How can I verify that my laptop contains a 32 GB SSD Cache?

  Just today, I received my portable Quad dvt-7000 and overall I am very happy with it.  However, my configuration must contain a 32 GB WSSD acceleration Cache on the hard drive. I can't confirm this by Speccy or even of the HP product information.  How can I confirm that this product actually contains this upgrade?  I deliberated rather or not to spend the $ on this feature.  I just want to confirm that I got what I paid for.

  Open Intel Rapid Storage from the control panel and it will show here. The computer actually combines the WSSD to 32 gig and the main hard drive in a RAID array-0 so it appears as a single drive. I have the same setup and I am very satisfied with the performance. The startup time is incredible. Intel Rapid Storage Control Panel will show the WSSD to 32 gig tab acceleration if you have. You can also open the door at the bottom of the laptop and physically to confirm the presence of the WSSD. It looks a bit like a cross between a wireless card and a memory module.
