  I spent days trying to fix this... including many hours of trawling the web, but nothing helped so I hope some of you can help out.

  I have a site that compiles to Actionscript 2.0 and Flash player 8.  This site uses the XML output from ASP.Net pages of database-oriented.

  The problem I have is basically where I have a tabstops set, in some cases, where the text from the first tab stop is over a certain length, a unwanted line break is released just before the last word in the entry.  (I know it's always the last word if I put a word on the end of the word chain that was originally on the new line being back in its place - so it doesn't seem to be associated with length).

  Indeed, what I want is as follows:

  Header1: descriptive text in the header 1-tete2: Description 2 header

  header3: Description 3 header4 header: header text 4

  text description here on multiple lines

  I mean, it is something like this:

  Header1: descriptive text in the header 1-tete2: Description 2 header

  header3: with a long Description 3 header

  Description header4: header text 4

  text description here on multiple lines

  I am loading Xml is as follows (this has been anonymised and rafters has changed to "[]")

  There are closing tags appropriate further down in the file.

  In order to get the CSS work around the dynamic text field settings, I use an empty TextFormat object tFormat.  The XML is loaded with ignoreWhite set to true.

  Anyone any ideas?  Or I do not see the wood for the trees?

  as I said, it may be a bug.

  and "unexpected" wasn't a good choice of words.  I expected because I'm familiar with the issue, but you're right, I wasn't expecting when I first met it.

  I think you can't... but I did two work around to achieve this goal:

  1. in IE7 (not Mozilla Firefox) If you type a space between the words will be automatically pass the new line like:

  I am trying to create checkbox with a personal message for my iExpense page. The comment to go here is long enough and puts in place a horizontal scroll bar that damages the look and feel. I tried to adjust without wrap to FALSE, but which is overridden somehow. Can someone suggest how I can introduce a line break in the Guest section... I tried html breaks etc obviously, but they are coming as the exact line breaks not as characters.

  BTW maximum lenth of alert is 200 characters. If character length will be more then 200 high he'll jump either you add new line or display the text as it is.

  I import a file large tagged text created using XML and .xsl style sheets in CS4. The file is data directory of company that are transmitted as a paragraph in columns. We usually use Ventura to create this document and Ventura could process phone, fax, e-mail, and URL in one word and it breaks not between the lines. InDesign is to break these fields on new lines automatically as it strikes characters '-', ' @ 'and'. '.

  Is it possible in InDesign or my stylesheet .xsl to allow only line breaks on spaces and not others?

  Ah. Try this GREP style, once again with No Break:

  [^ ]+

  This allows to keep whatever it is separated by spaces only together.

  The required property is very easy to use. It's just a Boolean (true/false) value, then you can use it like this in your code. Instead of this line:
