  This might me up a little, but a long time ago I used to use Freehand as my defacto design tool until I went to I.   In edit/preferences/performance go graphics processor advanced configuration and set to basic.  The video driver is maybe having problems.  You have the latest version of the driver?

  When I use a color Pantone in CS5 and then convert the process, I get some values for CMYK. However, when I use this same Pantone color in CS6 and convert to process, I have different values for CMYK.

  For example, Pantone 2685C converted to the process in two requests yields:

  (CS5)  C-96, M-100, Y-0 K - 10

  (CS6)  C 90.73, M-100, Y - 30.6, K - 16.54

  Why a certain task series color Pantone Plus in CS6 appears different from same spot in CS5 and older versions?

  In CS5 and earlier, including older versions of Pantone color Pantone, most of the spot books had two - Lab and CMYK definitions.   I currently Design Premium Suite 5.0 for Mac.

  Looking CS6 pre-order page, it seems that "Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design & Web Premium" have replaced the old "Design Premium" (that is, they have "combined the previous Design Premium and Web Premium with a few changes, but this seems to be the closest to what I have now"). If I pre-order this update today of my current Design Premium 5.0, the upgrade cost would be $749.00

• VBAI 2012 "save the image calibrated to the file" issue

  Under the State of 'Calibrate Image', 'Save the image calibrated to the file' option does not work correctly.

  With the exception of the type 'Point of Distance' of the calibration, the new image is ever recorded. I checked the calibration image .cal2 in the folder \ProgramData\National Instruments\Vision AI\Calibration Builder, each iteration the meta-data are updated but not the image.

  I have a camera calibrated with a grid (see picture) and using the model of the distortion. Working remotely can sometimes change and I need to take a recalibration. This step should be as simple as possible. Example: put a model calibration in the field of view, then press a button recalibrate.

  The problem mentioned above, it is impossible. Whenever I have to manually go into the choice of the State of the Image calibrate and update the calibration image myself. Otherwise, calibration is recalculated from the original image which is not best suited for the new working distance.

  Is there an easy way to make VBAI save a new image of calibration with each iteration?

  Or is it something that I did not understand this option 'save image calibrated to the file?

  Unfortunately VBAI does not support the suggested behavior. The best solution in my opinion would be to implement your application completely in LabVIEW!

  I have a Canon EOS 40 d, Photoshop CS6 and Adobe Bridge CS6.  I shot everything in RAW.

  
  

  When it's time to change the images, I start by opening in RAW using Adobe Bridge.  When I finished to make adjustments, I click the button open an Image that contains the image to Photoshop.  When I put them to the top of the dialog box size of the Image, the size of the Document is still 240 DPI.

  Click on the text in blue at the bottom of the Camera raw window and change the ppi there.
