• AIR SDK 16.0.0.283: iOS - StageAspectRatio Bug

  When the application moves the aspect ratio, the display and the values are correct (fullScreenWidth and fullScreenHeight), but the UI pays no more events.

  It seems that internally the user interface events are always looking for the old values of orientation.

  This has been fixed in the latest beta version of 17 SDK.

  The problem is that it is not listed as fixed in the release notes (even if it is in known issues in the previous iteration of the beta).

  Here is how to fix iMessage / FaceTime activation do not question.

  Before you begin, you'll need sort these things:

  • Make sure that in the phone application, you got your registered number. On top of "Contacts", you should see your registered number (My Number :). If not, you will need to go to settings → → my phone number and enter your number.
  • Make sure that the Date and time (in general) are correct. Set to "Set automatically" to ensure that the time zone is correct and the iPhone is at the right time.
  • Also make sure you have a working network. Problems of Wi - fi can cause iMessage activation problems therefore have active cell.
    For some users, the message for activation goes out as an international SMS. Make sure that your carrier allows these and you have a sufficient amount to send them.

  First of all, make sure that your carrier supports iMessage or not. Contact the support team of carrier and check any condition limiting on your iMessage, blocks or text filters.

  2. airplane mode

  As strange as it sounds, maybe you should try this method if nothing else works. We found the airplane mode activation mode in one of the discussions. It sounds simple, and if it is correct, it would be nice, right?

  Here's how it works:

  Step #1. Get off at scroll → settings touch Messages and turn offiMessage (also turn off FaceTime)

  Step #2. Turn on airplane mode. WiFi will be disabled automatically.

  Step #3: Turn ON Wifi.

  Step #4. Return to Messages and ignition iMessage.

  Step #5. You will be prompted for your Apple ID if you have not yet added it. (otherwise, you get no notification)

  Step #6. Now, go back to the settings and disable airplane mode.

  Step #7. For the most part, you will see a notification that says "your carrier may charge for SMS" - press OK

  Step #8. If this is not the case, go to Messages, disable iMessage and then turn on again.

  Step #9. In a few moments, iMessage should be enabled.

  Step #10. You will see a greyed number and e-mail ID. A little later, the number should be checked, and that's all.

  
  

  3 Apple ID disconnect, connect

  Sometimes, you just need to logout of your identifier Apple and then sign in again.

  Step #1. Under Settings → Message, scroll up to where it says 'Send and receive'and tap on it.

  Step #2. Type on the Apple ID, then tap Sign Out.

  Step #3. Now turn off iMessage.

  Step #4. Wait for a while (toggle Wifi) and then turn on the iMessage.

  Step #5. Enter the details of your Apple ID now and try to reactivate iMessage

  If things do not work, you must first reset the settings of your location, then the iPhone. Reset is just a force so restart your data stays secure. After the reset, you will just connect with your Apple and implementing iMessage like new.

  If this fails, you may need to restore the iPhone as new or from a backup.

  I recently started to update an AIR application for iOS and Android which has been published with AIR 4 to use the last AIR SDK 16.

  By default, the application is set to allow landscape and Portrait by setting the app.xml to < aspectRatio > all < / aspectRatio > and all the user interface is resized to fit the width/height.

  Then, through code, I do a little math to determine if this is a device of great or small, so small, I put the proportions to be landscape as soon as the application starts.

  This code worked correctly with the version of AIR, it was published, but try the last AIR 16 it is a very weird and easy to reproduce the bug.

  The bug ONLY occurs when the application is launched in Portrait Mode.   I found an acceptable workaround solution without having to go do the work manually. Basically just reverse my logic.

  Instead of having the value "any" app.xml then through the code telling small devices to be 'landscape '... I said the app.xml to be 'landscape' and then, through the code says peripheral Non-small to be 'all '.

  The downside is that the app will launch is no longer in portrait mode, but after his punt it will then begin to respond to the rotation of the device... but hey on a head I have now a smaller size to my application without the portrait images by default!

  If you have had an accident unexplained camera or a bug please report it here in this one single thread. By reporting any camera hangs in one place and not in separate threads, as well as information on the configuration of the camera and aboved we hopefull can achieve several things:

  1: know just how big or small the problems really are. These incidents isolated or is there a bigger problem. There are thousands of F5 Networks and F55 in operation day after day. It is not surprising to find the weird device with a previously unknown hardware or a software problem, but if there are several examples of the same show, then this may indicate a problem of firmware. By collationg, all unexplained of bug reports in one place that we can find areas of interest.

  2: by including a detailed report of what is past and what accessories were attached to the time where we can look for common factors that can cause problems.

  3: Sony only needs to check a thread to see what is happening, they do not need to browse through pages and pages of stuff.

  ONLY after a bug/crash report. NO feature requests or ' I wish that... ". "Lets keep the clutter of wire free to make it easier to see any real operational concerns. I suggest a single page that can be updated with workarounds or know bugs that users should be aware of. Please do not discuss your problems or other problems on this thread. That's just pointing that out. If you want to discuss a topic report it here first, and then open a new thread on this specific issue.

  WHAT TO INCLUDE IN A BUG REPORT:

  Please provide the following information:

  Version type and the firmware of the camera. Version of the firmware so attached R5.

  Attached Aboved, include R5, adapters battery or power supply, viewfinders, monitors connected directly to the camera.

  Type of battery and the brand, the battery charge State if know.

  The type of SxS card, preferably the part number on the back of the card for example 'SBP - 64.

  The record format and pace. All special modes such as slow shutter or S & Q.

  If you use a scene or non-standard file defining let us know.

  What you were doing when the bug appeared and what has happened as well.

  Everything you think might have contributed to the bug or what you're doing to get around.

  As reported in another thread: If you upgrade the firmware and then load a FILE ALL created when the appliance has been set at 25 p/50 p, then the camera crashes while recording. For now, I would recommend creating a FILE all charges or the SCENE FILE for each version of firmware.

  This known bug in CS6 has been well documented about the potential symptoms, known problems and solutions of transcoding.

  It would also be very useful for CS6 users be able to precisely identify the problematic cameras and/or types of media in order to make informed decisions when buying a camera, or when you receive multimedia files with the intention to edit in Premiere CS6.

  Of course that this bug has been fixed in June 17, out of the update Creative Cloud subscription. It remains to be seen if the hotfix will be brought back to CS6.

  IF you mean that you see the pictures in the thumbnail view while using the camera application, they are not duplicated in any. You just see them in the camera application, but they are stored in the photos app.

  If you connect to any device iOS with your Apple ID and password, you have access to your content to iCloud.

  Not sure where you can get the data however.

  So, I came across this "bug" not so long ago.

  Normally, when select the scroll bar on any string indicator in labview, and then up and down, the text moves accordingly.

  However, when you use the wheel to scroll and the channel indicator is not selected (only the mouse cursor is above the indicator), the text overlaps just constantly until you move the mouse pointer over the scroll bar. See attachment image.

  This looks like a sign before refresh problem and is not the first I meet.

  Everyone knows about this problem?

  I recently came across a bug (?) while using autotrace in sql developer. Many instructions generate autotrace output. But there are some that do not work. I tried to reproduce our selection for an environment without our data, but I failed. But then I accidentally found this bad behavior when using a select statement very very basic. Its reproducible for me:

• Permissions lost on vCenter Server 4.0.162856 - Possible bug?

  We have a VMware infrastructure in which each person has several virtual machines, as well as several VLANs for their private use. To avoid the possibility of users mess with others "machines" or VLAN, I started today test the parameters of different role. During one of those tests, I think I came across a bug.

  I tried to assign read-only access to the group 'Users' to our virtual switch distributed so that people could use VLANs but not modify them. Because it is not possible to assign permissions to a virtual switch directly, what I was doing was creating a folder and assign permissions there. The problem is that, as soon as I set up the permissions for the 'Users' group, these permissions have been apparently applied to one, 'administrators' so, subsequently, I am unable to manage the VLAN more even from the administrator account.

  OK, back to the top of your first database... and I'm just a pirate at heart, no vmware support, so I'm not responsible for what anyone, if anything goes wrong, but...

  On your SQL server server, open the VPX_ACCESS table and look for a line with ROLE_ID-2, which is READ only and the main of "users".   And then delete.

  That should fix it. You may need to restart the server vcms to read however.  If you have made other changes to directors, they will show in the same table and can be changed or repaired in the same way.

  FYI, ROLE_ID-1 is the administrator privilege.
