    I don't know if this is the problem, but it is something that must be correct establish a secure connection:

    Open Date and time preferences system, Date & time tab. Make sure that it is set to automatically set the time.

    Alternatively, make sure that your date/time is correctly set to the second.

    Another thing to try is to restart your modem and router.

  • Updates that there is no App Store

    I found a small bug with App Store. This morning shortened the App store was marked by '1' because the update for installed Office lens app became available. I decided to remove this application instead of update. After the removal of office app Lens '1' brand above shortcut to the App Store has not disappeared despite the fact that there are no applications updated! I have checked the updates once or twice, restarted my iphone but without result - '1' mark was there. After that an app update became available I've updated and '1' brand finally disappeared.

I can certainly see why you want to be able to use the search feature since I use it on a daily basis. I want to make sure that you are able to access the music and specific applications.

    First of all, make sure that your device has updated software iOS. Use the link below for assistance in the update:
    Update the software on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch iOS

    If your software is up to date, try to reboot your device. If necessary, follow the steps below:

    1. Press and hold the sleep/wake button until the Red slider appears.
    2. Drag the slider to turn off your device completely off.
    3. Once the device turns off, press and hold the sleep/wake button again until you see the Apple logo

    Restart your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch

    If the problem persists, make sure that you have a strong internet connection with a Wi - Fi or a cellular network.

  • No App Store on the iPod of my child

    I bought my daughter age 7 years an iPod for Christmas (no judgment trolls please) and I got together with its own identifier apple, music and apps etc., charge upward and then put back in the box while he was ready to go for it when she opened this Christmas morning.  (children under 7 are not known for their patience).  Everything seems to be going along fine, but I wanted to add a new educational application to his iPod and realized that there is no App Store or iTunes.  I'm guessing that it's because she's 7 and only apple automatically limited which, okay, fine, but otherwise, how even add anything family share?

    I thought maybe it was something I have to do through iTunes... So I sync his iPod with iTunes on my laptop under his ID apple and when I click on apps on the left side it shows all applications with install or Remove button respectively, but they appear grayed out and won't let me click on them.  So I can't install or remove anything from there either.    I return to the iPod to try to remove an app by holding down until everything is "shakey" and none of the applications then the small x on it to remove.  UGH.

    I'm going under settings to try to find an option, try everything what I request a password, which is apparently not the unlock code for the phone, and which for the life of me, I can't put in place.  I have tried every combo of 4 numbers, I think I would have used.  So now I can't add/delete whatever it is, music, apps, nothing.

    So of course, I have several questions:

    (1) is this normal that there no iTunes or App Store?  I though they would be there, but she was having 'ask to buy '.

    (2) if they are supposed to be, how do they return?
    (3) if they are not supposed to be there, how to add or remove anything from the iPod?  What's up with the "shakey" but no thing x?

    (4) what happens in iTunes that I can not install/remove from there?  I don't remember that to be a problem when I originally set up the iPod.

    It seems that Restrictions have been set hidden the App store and iTunes. To change the view:

    Restrictions of use on your iPhone, iPad and iPod touch - Apple Support

    Restrictions can also be set to prevent removing applications. Note that the applications provided with the device cannot be removed, and here there is no x by those

  • There is no indication in the authors section

    I have the version 12.4 of the ITunes software and run it on a pc win10.

    My books appear in "audio books", but the "books" tab and the "authors" tab have nothing in them.

    All I see is a message telling me books appear there and a link to the iTunes store.

    All of my audio books are of audible.com. No iTunes.

    I really want to "authors" view return and he has disappeared for me since the 12 version came out.

    Any suggestions?

    Both the books and the authors sections ignore audio books and PDF files and display only iBooks. Audio books and PDF files have their separate sections, but nothing equivalent to the view of the authors. Use iTunes Feedback to tell Apple what you want.

    FYI, you talk about other users on these forums, not support nor Apple iTunes.

    There is no currently in the iTunes Store in Côte d'Ivoire and until the month if - when Apple opens an it (we won't know where it's maybe) unfortunantely then you will not be able to download any iTunes store content - you cannot continue to use the Bank of Thailand, you can only use the store of the country then in the country.

    OID contains all users belonging to a group and can be viewed correctly using DOHAD.

    The indicator for OAM ID Asserter is required for single sign on functionality, whatever it is, the problem, seems to be communication with the DNS server, which makes a delay that could be verified using traceroute and ping commands.

    This delay caused the connection failure to the OID server during initialization of JPS.

    As a solution, thefully qualified hostname to OID server has been configured manually to the file/etc/hosts. After this change, JPS can be initialized correctly.

    Howerver, that the log shows no time-out or any other exception during the initialziation, making diagnosis difficult to obtain.

  • Impossible to disassemble the data store

    I am getting below error when I was trying to United Nations set up the data store.

    Call "HostDatastoreSystem.RemoveDatastore" of object "datastoreSystem-15" on VCenter Server failed. ' "

    It seems there are two file inside the data store and I was not able to delete it also. This swap for old file
    models which does not exist now.

    Please let me know how I can remove this file from the shell of ESXi forcefully command so that I could not get the data store.

    Check if it has deployed VM from this template and set the swapfile strategy to stay with the Virtual Machine. See also, if you are able to delete other files vswp with this command:


    rm - rf new model - 8d25d1fe.vswp

  • Renamed the VM inventory are not not in the data store?

    I created a virtual machine and then renamed from the inventory Panel.

    Later, I noticed that there is a record in the data store more with the name of the original virtual machine. When I went to rename the file to match the name of the virtual machine in the data store, I get an error that the object is not found. There are no files listed in this folder in the data store.

    To rename a virtual computer, there are 2 steps: remove the inventory of your virtual machine and rename it on the ESX.

    • You must turn off the virtual machine.

    • Remove inventory VM concerned. You must do this because the link between VC and the file will be lost.

    • To rename on the ESX, you should know where all the files stored one. Connect you to the ESX Server with ssh. Rename the files with the correct name, and to be clean, rename the directory too.

    • Editing with vi vmdk and vmx files to change the name and path to the files of the virtual machine.

    • Once completed, the VC, browse your LUN to find your vmx file and add it to the inventory.

    It's the only way I found to properly rename a virtual machine. It's not complicated

  • Try to delete the data store: error DestroyVmfsDatastore

    Hi all

    I am trying to remove a data store (storage is iSCSI). There is no VM on the data store.

    In v2.5, I must click on remove datastore, she thinks for a few minutes and then remove the data of all servers store.

    In version 4.0, I clicked on delete, and it has only removed from a host. Instead of be connected to 8 hosts than before it was presented as connected to 7 guests.  (it should not be connected to all guests!).

    If I try to remove it from another host, I get an error message:

    "Error while configuring the host: DestroyVmfsDatastore: can't delete partition 1 on lun vmhba32:12:0 '.

    I tried this on two stores different data I needed to delete with identical results. Any ideas?

    Have you tried to force a rescan storage adapters?

    I have a virtual machine running windows server 2003, with 135 GB hdd, I noticed in the data of this vm store two files from virtual drive...

    the first vmname.vmdk with size 135 GB and the other is vmname - 00001.vmdk with 15 GB and gettting increase day after day, until it reached today 18 GB

    the free space of data store becomes a decrease coz the vmname - 00001.vmdk file... I don't know what is it? and how can I solve this problem.

    It worsen now coz if there is no space in the data store the virtual machine will be down...

    any idea please?

    It's a snapshot.  Right click on the VM and go in your snapshot Manager you will probably see it there.

  • Voive Memo app does not start upon transfer to the new phone

    I transferred the contents of an iPhone 4 to iPhone 4 (32 GB, iOS 9.3.2) Asia via iTunes on my PC. Everything else seems to work OK, but when I try to run the voice memo application a window opens with the heading "Cannot create voice memo" and stating "there was a problem creating the application resources. Make space by deleting photos or existing videos. The only option in the window is to click 'OK', which closes the application. So I deleted about 5 GB of videos/pictures, but the problem persists. I tried to remove and re - install the app, but it's an Apple that cannot be deleted (without "x" on the icon jiggling when you try the deletion thing).

    Under the window, it says also "no record", but I got 9 records on the old phone. I would like to get the records transferred.

    You cannot delete the built-in apps.

    Try to restore as new and then synchronize your content manually back.
