  I bought a license team to Adobe CC the other day for two seats. I added the two users, they have both accepted the license. They have both got the storage of 100 GB and Adobe Application Manager where they will be able to download the apps.

  Now, one of them could download them.

  But it is impossible. When the user clicks on 'install' in one of the applications, he receives a message saying ' Installation Failed: administrator privileges are required to install.» Please try again, or cancle, or install later. "We tried everthing all day without any solution.

  BTW, this user is the administrator too. So there must be more privileged than the other!

  We tried to remove him and add another email instead, the same problem occurs.

  We tried to install in another computer, same thing.

  We are sure that the license is for two users, as it is said: ""you bought 2 seats of your dealer. ".

  Thanks for the reply, but it wasn't the cause of the problem.

  After many trials, I've figured out, the problem was caused by the Adobe Application Manager provided with the cloud, he has not worked with mac osx for some reason any.

  I uninstalled and then reinstalled manually from adobe.com and it worked like a charm!

  Do one of the following:

  • To extract a single file or folder, double-click the compressed folder to open it. Then drag the file or folder the file compressed to a new location.

  • To extract the entire contents of the compressed folder, right-click the folder, click on extract all and then follow the instructions

  Then right click on what you want to install > select run as administrator.

  If the updates have been downloaded, but some could not install do it I have to re-download the updates OR can I install the existing downloads?
