  Just to add a little more information - if you have Adobe InDesign, it would probably be complete your work by using your assets created in Ps and make both you and the people of your cover printing.  A lot of tutorials on the web using InDesign to create books too.  Simply Photoshop, it would certainly work as well as Chuck mentioned first.

  I guess you want to make the orders but with no transactions shipping. You must have the line Flow - generic, Bill only with the Interface of the inventory as well as the above configuration.

  With reservations "Line Flow - generic, Bill only with the Interface of inventory" will happen (when there is no barrier to stock and the time of the order of the date of receipt) without the need of shipping operations. You must run the Manager Interface or schedule to run to ensure that the reserved quantity is released before billing.

  I have a book document composed of 65 separate documents - each a different chapter. I have done everything correctly. Dialog sections and all documents have the Auto value of the pages and the numbering of the chapters in the number. Numbering of pages is absolute. The following chapters all show a range of 1-8 pages (they are eight pages each), but do not follow in sequence but again 1. No matter what I try paging will not update in the whole of documents in the book. Really need help. Thank you.

  Windows7, FM 10 Newbie here.

  I have to hand it to off the coast of a book in the format of FM.  Is it possible that all the files can be packed with their graphics? If this cannot be done automatically, as in InDesign, is it possible to identify what graphics have been used in the book (other than its use created to create a date limit)? There are graphics in my folder that were not used, or have been deleted.

  Can a book automatically copied with all its files, so if it is open in another directory, it is complete?  Or is that everything must be backed up separately?

  Marilyn, I think that you misunderstood my comment about 'signature'  You do

  on the Adobe website once and it will record your use of ADE.  When

  you have ADE on your computer, you should have an icon on your

  desktop, that says "Adobe Digital Editions".  When you click on it and

  Open it, ADE will show the page from the library on your computer.

  Many if not most of the libraries offer an option that allows you to choose the file

  type you want to download (the same is true for many ebook sites).  If you

  chose "epub" or "Adobe epub" of their option, the download process

  opened ADE on your computer and as you choose between open

  or SAVE the ebook.  Whatever it is, the process would be directly load the ebook

  in ADE - and would open ADE in playback mode, if you said "OPEN."  You do not have

  mention if you have downloaded your ebooks library before or after

  installed ADE.  If you downloaded previously, they were stored on your

  hard drive.

  I don't know your level of comfort with technical things on your PC, so I

  have to make certain assumptions.  The first is that you are comfortable

  managing files with Windows and can use it to search for files on your PC.  In

  this case, it will be your downloaded ebooks.  The most common application

  use to do this is Windows Explorer (NOT Internet Explorer) because it

  allows you to watch all the files and folders on your PC. My comments below

  assume that you can do.

  The process to bring ebooks on your hard drive in ADE is relatively easy,

  but we must know where the ebook on your hard drive.  You start by

  ADE opening in library view.  Place your cursor over the word 'Library' and one

  small arrow will appear next to him.  Place your cursor on this arrow and a

  Update for a few moments, and when it's done, you can disconnect it.
