  Have two users share a single subscription is a violation of the membership agreement. Unless you have a membership of the creative teams of Cloud, membership is for a single user.

  I suggest to buy a separate subscription to InDesign CC on a monthly basis to and put there when your project is complete.

  With regard to the cancellation of a plan without penalty goes, this is something only Adobe Support can organize to contact you through.  I guess you have to pay for the new system first before they will consider allowing it.

  I pay for a paid plan, monthly, annual. It's the individual plan of single-app, and I chose Flash Pro. I was wondering if I could pass the Flash Pro app/software, say, Photoshop?   Chances are that you must cancel the current plan, possibly with a penalty and then start a new plan.  Your best bet to get a definitive answer is to contact Support Adobe directly through chat or by phone.
