  Hi Tyrone,

  While you should follow the advice of ahaap, maybe this could help in the meantime:

  Go to Control Panel / administrative tools / observer of events and double click to open it.

  On the left, expand Event Viewer Local (if not already done), and then expand Windows logs and then click Security to view the security event.  They should be sorted by date.  When the computer starts, there are usually plenty of events that occur.  Search Login task category (there may be also a large number of them, some who have succeeded and some failed and some for the users of the system and others for regular users) and you should be able to see then not only the last time that a connection has occurred, but exactly what the user connected (although you may need to go through a few entries to find the information you want).

  Log on to an administrator user account and see if Parental control is activated for your own user account. If they are, disable them. If you use an administrator (not recommended) account, and therefore Parental controls are not involved, there must be a third party controlling the installed software.   I was not aware that the default Administrator account is so easily accessible if there is no password on it. In my view, a standard user has accessed this and it seems that the computer is having a lot of problems now. Is there a way to tell? Needless to say I care that much personal info could acceded as well as commercial information.  Security, 3 administartors (users) appears in some of the boxes, and I only know 2 of them, myself and the default admin?  I'm a recruit of the computer and the other person is somewhat a geek so I could really use some help.   Chances are that you have advanced security software on your computer that you're not using (banking password), which can eventually be removed from your computer (because it seems that you do not use).

  I would suggest finding the control panel for your computer and removing Bank of your system password, if you know how to do this.
