  iCloud is mainly a synchronization service to do all the libraries on all identical devices and update, if one of the library changes.  If you don't want not all photos from your Mac to your iPhone, do not use iCloud photo library, but synchronize only the albums selected to your iPhone with iTunes (see: Sync photos to your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch in iTunes - Apple Support).

  Using third-party software, including hardware drivers can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from starting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the use of third-party software can be solved. Software using third party is at your own risk.

  Try the following steps:

  In your webcam software, you should be able to choose your device to use.  Check your manual or the website of the factory. Without knowing more it's the best information I can give.

  This should solve your problem.

  BINGO! That was the ticket. It was under properties for analysis, and then click event tab.

  You can then choose which program to use for the analysis.
