  Thank you for your response. I've finally managed to connect with a support staff through the online chat portal & advises him to download CS3 web premium. Tried to find it, but this option is not available in scrolling to the bottom of the box. Ultimately, the staff had to help me to unlock the CS5.5 update manually from its end.   I thought about it through a fog of sleep deprivation. I tried to download the 'English' version, thinking that "many languages" was all but in English. But it wasn't the case. I used my serial number of the LR 4 update and the product code and the serial number of my LR 3 Student Edition and everything's fine.
