  A .cda is a music file in the CD. You cannot use it in Premiere Elements.

  If you put the CD in your computer's CD drive, you can use Windows Media Player or iTunes to "rip" the file. It records in format MP3 - but even better if you can convert it or save it as a WAV file, which is the ideal audio format for Premiere Elements.

All the songs now show the State bought or matched iCloud, but if I follow the steps to download the iTunes more versions - go to my music, delete the songs. Navigate to the list of purchase and download - alll that is happening, is that the song disappears from my music and shopping list. There is no icon download iCould on all the songs. If I click on the name of the album I get a message saying "the object you requested is not available in the store US." the albums in question are in fact available.

  You need not remove the music in your library. Just delete the download. You will now see download icon. You can now select make available offline and the new version will be downloaded.
