Can I create tables with scrolling in Muse?

How can I create a table in the Muse that has vertical and horizontal scroll bars?

Thank you.

You could add them as htm in an iframe... too long you understand that tables (code) are out of date for the internet.

You need a dynamic Server backend. You can't do it just with Muse. You can connect to one of the catalyst for business advanced accounts to implement these features or use widgets from third party services. Otherwise look you in systems such as Joomla, Typo3, Wordpress etc. and not even set up with muse.

Can I create a table with Muse?

I have no knowledge of HTML... learning HTML can be a good idea, but I don't really have time for that right now.

Can I add a table Excel for Muse?  Or y at - it a simpler way to create the table with the Muse?

You can insert page Muse excel table or use any html generator to create a table and use the exit code.

This thread will provide the exact steps for inserting table on page Muse of excel:

    https://forums.Adobe.com/thread/1364446?TSTART=0

With html generator, you will not need to define or add any code on your side, just select the options you want in your table and then copy the code insert html into the page of Muse.

  • Index table with scroll

I'm new to Indesign; but I'm looking to do the following:

I want to create a PDF file that has a table on the side left, that would be a clue with scrolling of the subjects for the PDF file. Is this possible in InDesign? And if so, how to create scrollable table?

Oh, it's certainly doable in PDF files. They can not the Language Javascript and do anything.

I don't think it's a good idea, however. Bookmark PDF interface provides the structure and a comfortable interface. If in doubt, invent your own user interface is almost always a bad idea... you will miss something subtle and annoys users and will not have the nice integration with the operating system, browser, or in this case, PDF Viewer, who they know.

It seems that you can do with bookmarks, so you should, in my opinion.

In addition, there are not exactly rich tools to develop the JavaScript in a PDF file. certainly InDesign isn't such a tool (so our Advisor in this forum is of limited use), and I'm not really sure Acrobat Pro is either.

  • How can I create spreadsheet with connection to a master spreadsheet?

I created a main table and I need to copy this table, I need this table 2 are linked. How to do this?

    Hi Jean-Claude.

    My interpretation of your question:

    You have a master table.

You want to create a second table (servant) with the same number of lines, the same number of columns, and the same data displayed in each pair of corresponding cells.

You want the two linked tables so that as data is modified in a cell on the master, the change will occur also in the cell that is matched in the employee.

Using numbers, it is possible, provided the tables are in the same document, and all copies is in the same direction.

    Here is a small example.

First, select the table and reproduce them. This option preserves all the column width, row height, the fill color parameters and all other parameters of format that you have made the master.

Option: Just add a new table with the same combination of header lines, columns of header or footer until.

Move the duplicate to a position on the sheet where it does not cover all of the original.

At this point, you have a second copy of the table, but the two tables are independent of each other.

Change the name of the second table in the "servant" and make the same change in cell A1 (or any where you have the name of the table appears.

In cell A2 of the second table, enter a =, and then click the cell in the first table. Click on the green check mark or press return to confirm entry.

In cell B1 of the second table, enter a =, and then click the cell in the first table. Click on the green check mark or press return to confirm entry.

In cell B2 of the second table, enter a =, and then click the cell in the first table. Click on the green check mark or press return to confirm entry.

The three entries are necessary because the table has a header row and a column header. The next step can be executed through the border between rows/columns header cells and cells in the body of the table.

Select cell A2 (single click) of the second table. In the border of the cell, you will see three small circles. Yellow to the center of the bottom and right edges are handles to fill. Use the mouse to grab the bottom and drag it until the end of the column.

Select cell B1 and then drag the handle to fill on the right at the right end of the line 1.

Select cell B2 and drag the handle to fill just right to the last column of the table. The trail of the background fill handle up to the last row of the table.

You won't see any change in the tables, but you have now bound each cell in the table servant (except A1) to his companion in the Master table.

Any change in the content of a cell in the Master immediately (on confirmation) change in th same servant table cell.

Note that the changes made by a user in table servant will not have a change in the Master table.

However, the data entered by the user in the table servant will replace the formula in this cell, breaking his connection with the cell matched in the Master table. Subsequently, Exchange in this cell in the master table has no effect on the table of servant.

On the following tables, there have been five changes in the order shown:

    1. "Change" is entered, replacing C - 2 in master.
    2. Current date is entered, by replacing D - 3 in master.
    3. 'User input' is entered, replacement E-4 in servant.
    4. "Entry of the user" is entered, replacing F-4 in servant.
    5. "1005" is entered, by replacing E - 4 in master.

    Kind regards

  • Export of Excel tables with hyperlinks in Muse

    Hello!

I am trying to export an Excel table with hyperlinks added in Adobe Muse. I understand how to export tables using HTML - but when I do that, even if my table is here very well, my break links and does not work when I open them with Muse.

Do not believe anyone has any ideas on how I can get this to work?

    Thank you! x

Table text importer may break the style and links, you can save the spreadsheet as an HTML page and then paste the code in Muse.

    Thank you.

  • Create table with overlapping parallel dates in individual columns

I try to combine data from two different tables into a single table.

The data in table 1 contains locations of patients in a hospital where each record represents a single location. Patients can be transferred several times between the different beds resulting from multiple records for a single visit.

The data in table 2 contains the operative activity of the patient to the Hospital where each record represents either the GOLD of the suspension of the recovery room. A patient may have multiple operations in a single visit.

I would like to join/merge/mashup data in a single table that contains the data parallel to each other. In other words, dates of the appliance on one side of the table and the activity of GOLD on the other. The difficulty is that the two sets of overlapping of dates of arrival and departure. I wish that the final table to divide the originals in new records when the overlaps do not coincide.

    Example:

Original in both events (one per table)

    > Unit event has - from 14:00 to 18:00

    > OR event B - from 16:00 to 17:00

Results in 3 documents (in the final)

    > Event 1 - unit from 14:00 to 16:00, null dates GOLD

    > Event 2 - unit from 16:00 to 17:00 OR 16:00 to 17:00

    > Event 3 - unit from 17:00 to 18:00, null dates GOLD

Of course overlap can be more complex than the example above and adding code to indicate the 'ghosts' transfers to as well.

In the code below, the first visit of the GOLD occurs during the first mention of the unit.

You can use the query above to CREATE or a CREATE TABLE... AS command.

If you have as much data as you say, a table or materialized view would be maybe faster to use.

You will notice that I do understand not all columns; I would like to know if you have a problem, including them.

I don't know what id role plays in this problem.  It is difficult to say when all rows have the same value.

  • Create table with several Collections of data control

    Hello

I have a requirement about to display data in a table. It shows simple, but certain columns in the table are within a collection, and the others are in another collection. I read this chapter Creation of ADF Databound Tables - 11 g Release 1 (11.1.1.7.0), and she explains to create the table with a collection.

I have no knowledge on the model, I know just as control data, so what should I do? :

-Ask for the template designer to redraw the control of data to include a collection with all the data?

-Try to work with the actual data control? If so, how can I create the table several Collections of data control?

Plese let me know if there is another solution. I work with JDeveloper 11.1.1.7.

    Thank you!

    Hello

You can have a managed bean that e... g exposes an ArrayList of objects. This can then binds to the value property of the table. If the object sets the information of table row combination that you get multiple iterators (collections), then the table will display the joined data.

*The operating system file should contain a single SQL statement or PL/SQL block*.
The statement should not be terminated with a semicolon. If a SQL*Plus command or

You cannot use the table in the static SQL/DML instructions until it is created.  The code compiles even because the table does not exist.

The only way to use this table would be to write more dynamic SQL.  And you're just stupid!

If you write your code like this, you are creating an absolute mess.  You need to learn that this is NOT the right way to create tables or write code.

It is also likely to be victims of violence for the injection of SQL code.  If you are unsure what is SQL Injection, it is a major security vulnerability in your code that can allow people to steal data or remove data or otherwise damage to your database.

I am building a website using checkerboard to fluid so that the site is displayed correctly across different devices. I have difficulties to get the layout to work how I see it. Elements that should be showing in a tabular format are stackable instead. How can I get my correct layout?

Tables are not conducive to fluid layouts because tables cannot resize beyond a certain point.  Thus, they do not meet all the widths of the device.  We examined workarounds in this forum.  Some are better than others but as osgood has said, everything depends on the complexity of your tables are.  In general, I try to avoid the use of all tables in fluid layouts.  If I have some tabular data, I sometimes use lists of definitions.

Yes it is possible with the right privilege:

    SQL> grant connect, resource to b identified by b;

  • Create table with data in the column

Create a new table, just want to know if there is a way to add a new column to the table with a value in all areas of this column when new rows are added to that this column will always be the same value

    As...

    name | address | zip | assets

    Active will always be Yes.
    I do a trigger?

    Use the default...

    create table (test)
    name varchar2 (20).
    address varchar2 (40),
    zip number (7).
    Active VARCHAR2 (3) DEFAULT NULL NOT 'yes');
