  Oracle Designer is a complete computer-aided design tool and software development. It gives you a set of tools for logical design as an entity-relationship diagrammer, a Process Modeler and a stream Diagrammer. It has a set of design tools from database to physical database design. It can also help to design modules of Oracle Forms application, reports Oracle, PL/SQL Web Toolkit or Visual Basic (VB6, I think, but versions not later as VB.Net). It will then generate these modules. It stores your designs in a metadata repository in an Oracle database, and you can make some nice reports your design data.

  Oracle Forms Developer does one thing and does it very well - it allows you to design and develop modules of Oracle Forms. Note that Designer can do this too, but because the designer generates your forms, you don't have quite as much control over the way they look and work like you would with the Oracle Forms Developer.

  One last thing, these tools are considered to be "mature". For Designer, this means that not much has changed or improved for a while. Forms, however, is still a few changes and improvements with each new version. Nothing really important, but more designer. See the statement of management tools for more information.

  I'm not sure this will do the trick.  Unless I'm missing something, the password field you cannot change how it is displayed. It always shows all asterisks.

  I also played with the view to a text field model, but it does not a ' *' to be substituted for a character so that only the first two sections of the SSN show asterisks.

  If all else fails, place a text field on the form and add the script in FormCalc next to the Exit of the field event:

  The above should change the visual appearance of the field but leaves the actual value intact.

  In addition, I put the editing model "text {999?". 99? 9999}.   To run the System File Checker tool, follow these steps:

  2. right click on cmd in the list programs and then click Run as administrator.

  If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type your

  password or click on continue.

  3. at the command prompt, the following line, and then press ENTER:

  sfc/scannow

  Once the completed scan, a test to see if the problem you are experiencing is resolved

  There is no limitation on the presentation of a form to a server. But the real question will be what will make the local server with the FDF Iraq.   Yes you can.

  Locate where your user presets are stored. Go > edit > Preferences > Presets tab abd click . When you open this folder, you will see a folder named (or similar). That opens and you will find folders for the different types of predefined settings, for example . These are two folders, one is called . This file contains your customized for the develop module presets. Similarly, other files also include records with for example your custom print presets, etc..

  Just copy all the settings for the user of all of these files on your new drive where the Lr presets are stored.

  The word of caution: If you change the drive letters, you will have to point Lr to new readers.
