I currently have Adobe CS5.5 Design Standard installed on my work PC (I own my own design and printing company) and now I want to upgrade to Adobe CC 2015. I read on the forums that you can install programs on 2 PC and be able to work on both (but not simultaneously) with 1 business license. Is this possible? I would like to be able to design at work and at home.

Yes, you are allowed to have the software enabled on both machines (you can install on as many as you want) but can have only one of them using the subscription at the same time.
