  We don't know what application you mean when you say Adobe 9 Pro Extended, so he ois not sure if it is available for you to download.  If you diownload, it will be valid for a 30 day trial except if you already own it and have a serial number to activate the trial with.

  You can search the following site and see if you can find the trial version to download... this site is likely place only you might find the software available for download.

  Install the cc desktop application from there, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and use it to install your programs and the cc events.

  I have a new computer.  I disabled Acrobat Pro XI on the old computer.  I know my serial number and it appears in my product list.  But to the download screen, when I click on Adobe Acrobat Pro XI, contains a list of languages and the only links in the list are for the Spanish version!  I own the English version. There is nowhere else on the page for a download.  Now what should I do?

  The CC 2015 system requirements require OS X 10.9, or a later version. You must update your operating system in order to be able to use the application.

  Hello

  If you simply close the browser window, you quit smoking not in fact demand.  You must exit the application for Flash Player install.  There are a few ways to leave Safari:

  Quit Safari app to the Dock icon:

  The mouse on the icon of Safari in the Dock

  Press CTRL and left click of the mouse at the same time

  A menu will appear. Click exit to close the application.

  Use the activity monitor to finish Safari:

  Launch the Applications/Utilities/Activity Monitor activity monitor

  Ensure that "All processes" are listed (top-right menu)

  Find and select Safari

  Click the stop process (top left corner)
