  Hi Jamie, you are on the right track, but if you have problems to access the CS6 direct links, then try downloading using another browser web, computer or Internet connection...  Avoid wireless or Wi - Fi as it may be slower and less reliable than a wired connection.

  Yes, you bought the serial number and it's good for both computers. You can have it installed on two computers at the same time, but, technically, you're not supposed to use it at the same time, as noted in the license agreement. Technically, one person is supposed to have use of Photoshop as well, but it is not really anything they can do about it.
