  Looks like it might be a problem with the flash player.

  Step 1: Try to use the USB stick on another computer or a different USB port.

  I'm not an expert on the subject by any means, so I could be wrong (and I hope someone will correct me if I am) but I don't think you can do this on a single USB.  I think, because both the iso image and the repair utility both must be bootable on USB port, it won't work.   At least, not easily.  There may be some company out there that offer this feature, but basic Windows Imaging and repair utilities, I don't think it will work.

  I did a google search and could not find someone announces a way to do it on a single USB key.  It could be simply the keywords I used.

  Mainly looking to have a simple USB for use in a large number of 780s installed?

  I guess it would be similar to online sites that have the same concept of a session.  As I understand it, is that you essentially need either make the longer session time-out, not all the session timeout or use a different way to authenticate your user.
