  It seems that after reinstalling, Premiere Pro no has not been updated to the latest version. Check your application creative cloud for updates. If she says Premiere Pro is up to date, try to update Premiere Pro through help > updates... option in Premiere Pro.

  Uninstall the toolbar Ask and it should work again. There is a compatibility issue with the Ask and Firefox toolbar that prevents the opening of new tabs.

  Best bet would be to convert the files to the. WMV format
  before you import into Movie Maker.

  If you are not able to open the Photos App images directly in Photoshop then, this is the expected behavior as App Photos does not allow for any third-party application interact with it directly.

  You must export images from the Photos App and then open in Photoshop.

  I'm so frustrated. I tried more and more and MORE still open my project and it refuses to open. I click on Adobe Premiere Elements 9 (free trial) and then "open", the name of my project. It does not open. I click on the project and nothing happens. It's my first day with the trial... and honestly, I am not at all satisfied with the quality.   What happens when you try to open the project? An accident? Or Premiere Elements is unresponsive? Did you reboot after installation? Can you check in Task Manager * if demand is still ongoing?
