  I tried to order in advance the Microsoft Surface with my Microsoft Store Gift card, but apparently I can't use it online that is fine because I should have just asked my parents to pre-order in store. For a company that enters the Tablet market if later I guess making the process easier would help push the product, but apparently, it does not matter for Microsoft. I just want to say that telephone support staff have little or no information on the Tablet no more. I was told that the tablet will not be in stores for a period of 1 to 2 months and I should just wait if I wanted to use my gift card. Then I was pushed to just order it with my credit card and get something with my gift card.

• FB 4 (4.0.1) trial ends soon, but I can only pre-order FB 4.5: help!

  For the moment, I'm working with Flash Builder 4.01 trial and now I have 8 days left before it stops working. So I went to the Adobe store to order 4 FB, but I was surprised of DIF on this Flash Builder seems to be available in the version 4.5, which can only be pre- ordered. Well, I did all that, but at the end of this procedure Adobe lets me know that it could take up to 3 may before FB is available!

  It means to me that the project that I worked on is forced to a stop 2 weeks!

  I missed something? This must be a mistake, or what? Otherwise, I find it a totally unacceptable way of marketing Flash Builder. Are there any alternatives? I don't FB 3, I have to find a way to extend the trial of 4 FB or get FB 4 within a week in order to continue working on my project.

  Hello world. I pre-ordered an iBook a few weeks back. I recently heard say that the book (Bobby BONES: I'm not alone if you are reading this) now contains a sample 30 pages to download before the book comes out on May 17.

  When I went to the iBooks store on my iPad 2 (with all the latest software), I searched the book and tried the button 'download sample '. He wasn't there - all that it was me that I pre-ordered the book. The book was also in my library book shelf, but clicking on it took me to the page of the book in the store.

  Download these pages somehow, even if I pre-ordered the book? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

  Looks like you had to cancel the pre-order so that the "sample" button, it doesn't look like it will show it is pre-ordered.

  Not sure if this is the appropriate place to ask... but did anyone encounter this problem with their iPhone 7 pre-order?

  After that I tried to place an order for the iPhone 7 more during the pre-order, I received an email from the Apple Store saying that my iPhone had been reserved and provided me with a reservation number. They said that they send an email when they were able to reach the carrier systems so I could place my order. Very quickly after I got a follow-up email confirming the booking number and was told that I could now go ahead and place my order. I have connected to the Apple Store, who acknowledged my reservation number, almost all of the screens orders went through, but when I hit continue to confirm the pricing plan that I had selected, the next screen shows the page of 'the page you are looking for is not found' dreaded.

  E-mail with the reservation told me that I don't have that until 4 PM PDT 9/10 to complete this order. Everyone knows this! I tried through the app store of Apple, Safari, and Chrome... and always get the same question. I've been on hold with Apple now for 45 minutes trying to get through, and they don't take chat requests. I'm so frustrated! Help!
