  You are looking at the content of the iPodas shown in iTunes on the computer When you select iPod in the iTunes window?  Or do you mean that the album appears in your library iTunes music, but not on your iPod?

  To use iBooks, author of books to read on non - iOS devices, you will need to build your book using one of the models of epub.  Others produce .ibooks format, which cannot be read on Kindle or Android.   Apple pages can also produce epub format.

  Mp3Tag is the way to go!  For the missing albums art required, you can use the function "export art as a jpg.  I used it in two modes, using the embedded image to export and a simple Google > Art > drag and drop in MP3Tag method.

  You can name the art 'album art.jpg' or 'folder.jpg' - either the name works very well with the "rocket".
