  I just installed the latest version of Firefox, and now I'm faced with a new problem. When I try to open a new tab I click twice on the top bar, and it's annoying me. I used to open a new tab by clicking on an icon next to any tab and now this icon is moved to the top right corner, and it seems there is no way to open a new tab except by double clicking on the top!

• The desktop icons are not open __a double click of mouse

  Operating system is Vista 64, Windows 7.  I can't open any desktop with the mouse icon and right click of the mouse opens the options.  I can open the icons in the taskbar, quick launch with the mouse and right click of the mouse opens options for changes in the task bar and the quick launch.  I click on start and open programs shown here.  I tried to restart and it did not help, I closed the computer and restarted and it seemed to work for a short time and then returned to have the same problem.

  Glad you stuck with this issue cuz I pulled a real boner trying to fix. I was totally distraught on the main menu of * two * UNDO and REDO. If you remember that I tried to install the menu shortcut for UNDO them and REDO and totally rejected the idea that they might be under Edit on the crazy Main Menu which of course, they have been and worked like a charm. THANKS again man, you are a true hero!

  Nobody knows why the mouse Apple Magic mouse has these gliders made of plastic which does not slip on the bottom? I don't understand why something that costs so much is so impractical. There are also two batteries while all other wireless mouse I've owned have a pile. Of course, it looks good, but it's almost the point if it is a drag to use.

  Depends on what you mean by "drag not."   I used a magic mouse (actually three) since 2007.   I have no problem with the element "glide" insofar as it always slides around that I need.   I wonder what you use as a carpet.   I use a piece of black felt to the artist (available at any artist materials store) which is smooth and gives no reflection that would pose problems for the optics.   What I need to do is brush it once a week.

  Can't say anything about the batteries; It is a question of design.   Perhaps a single battery would have been more difficult to integrate into the form.

  I use a final model of the Apple Magic Mouse with my latest model MacBook and OS X and I think it's very nice design the Magic Mouse is useless for my needs but it is not accurate at all.

  I found that the mouse is very difficult to manage these moments I need to move the mouse slowly as 1 to 5 pixels, I can feel that the mouse does not respond immediately when I start moving it after a few seconds of inactivity.

  I did a new install of windows xp from windows xp professional with SP3 and found that the explorer.exe folders is always in the simple click (point to select) mode. I tried the folder option to put in double-click mode. But only the right pane is successfully changed. The folders pane remains in single-click mode. However, my fries are doing a new installation of windows xp slipstreamed with sp3 (original without MS) pro doesn't have this problem.

  I tried a solution days, only to find that it also occurs in windows 7, and install a tool called repair can fix it. But there seems to be no solution for xp sp3. Anyone who gets an idea how to change the mode of single-click in the left pane, double-click mode? Thanks in advance!

  If you want funcitons more specific according to the way in which a user clicks (now I emphasize really may because I tried), it may be possible via a cell rendering engine. a cell rendering engine applies a 'skin' of each cell in your list. If theoretically it can also be used to define an event of mouse for each individual cell. but we found that you can't apply a mouse event to all objects in AS3 because they must be really an "object of lanterns" that send events as the click of the mouse. Then you can try and see your results.

  Regarding cell converters, this is a shady place. If you do a search in the forums, you will get the results of our attempts (I say attempts because how to change a cell renderer class is undocumented, so we go by trial and error) to create our own custom cell converter class. Once you get the cell rendering engine and will theoretically, you can use the this.addEventListener (MouseEvent.DOUBLE_CLICK, myFunction) to add a mouse event listener. But even when I'm not quite sure if it works. but its worth a shot. Good luck!

  The double-click feature applies from the lock screen, not the home screen.

  To check that it is always enabled, go to: settings > portfolio & Apple pay > check that double click on the home page button is enabled.
