Can I restore a photo?

Is there a trash can? If I delete a photo, can I go somewhere he undelete?

No, once you remove it from Revel on one device, it will be removed from Revel on all devices.

What I wanted to say, it is that if you have a file on your Mac hard drive and choose to import on Revel.  If you want to remove from Revel later, he will always be on your hard drive.

  • Help! Can I restore my photos?

I'll try to do it is concise: when I turned on my computer today, I received a message "NTLDR is missing".  CTR/alt/del did nothing.  Everything I had was a black screen with the message above.

I never created System Restore on my computer points; I guess I thought they were automatic.

Before I came out and you bought a new computer (which I can't afford), I decided to try the system recovery.  The problem: I could not create backup discs because I could not access the boot menu.  The REAL problem is that I didn't know about it until too late, and I ran the recovery.

Well, the computer works normally now, but family photos have been removed from 7 YEARS!  * Insert sobbing * I tried to use the system restore feature, but the only point I'm is for today ' today - after I deleted anything.

Is it possible (other than take it to a tech and paying hundreds and hundreds of dollars) to recover my pictures?

Any help would be much appreciated - thanks!

  • Can't access my photos more iPhoto since update to El Captain... pictures don't merge to Photo app, how can I restore them?

Can't access my photos more iPhoto since update to El captain. photos merged to Photo app, how to restore? Another operating system it will correct?

Cannot access my photos iPhoto since update to El captain

To use iPhoto on El Capitan, update iPhoto version 9.6.1.

If you don't have day before the upgrade of the El Capitan, see: user tip Barney: cannot be updated iPhoto because it is not available in the App Store#.

The El Capitan upgrade removes just the iPhoto in the Dock icon. Have you looked into your Applications folder, if iPhoto is still there?

photos merged to Photo app, how to restore? Another operating system it will correct?

You can open the iPhoto library in pictures by dragging the icon in the Dock of Photos in the iPhoto library.

It requires that the library is on a compatible player.  The library must be on a local drive mounted, not a NAS, and file system must be in Mac OS extended (journaled). The reader doesn't have to be a Time Machine drive.

What version of iPhoto created your iPhoto library.  If the version of iPhoto is iPhoto 7.1.2 or more, you must prepare the iPhoto with iPhoto Library upgrade library.    iPhoto 11: on the development of library

    Hello d & me,.

Thank you for using communities of Apple Support.

I understand your message that you want to create more space on your iPhone 4, but are concerned that you will lose some of your applications. I understand your concern, because there are a lot of apps that is no longer available on older versions of iOS. I would recommend if you are updated to the latest version of iOS for your iPhone 4 you create manually more space.

    You can do this:

1 Delete apps that are no longer used by building and maintaining your finger on the application and then type the X that appears in the upper left corner.

    2. removal of unnecessary/old messages in the Messages app.

    3. import your photos to your computer and remove them from your iPhone. This article includes steps that you can use:

Import photos and videos from your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch

    4. Remove no matter what music you listen not to the iPhone. Here are the steps you'll need as well as additional measures for other items that can be deleted:

Remove music, movies, applications and other content to your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch

You can only restore back what you backup on iTunes or icloud.

You can synchronize your contacts/notes etc. with some email again or icloud program that you use to synchronize with.

  • Can I restore the previous pre Sync ipod. status and if so - how? Thank you very much.

I had stored on my ipod photos that were not available on my Mac. I synced the ipod and now they ar porabe on either. Can I restore the ipod to further recent synchronization implementation? How?

You can restore your iPod to sync its previous setting, but that will not recover previous contents of the iPod, so that the content was deleted by iTunes, during a synchronization.

  • How to restore a photo library using iCloud on a MacBook?

I now use iCloud for back up my entire library (more than 200 GB).  How to restore a photo library (including all data of pictures like faces, events, etc.) on my MacBook Pro when my MacBook Pro needs to be replaced?

I used historically Time Machine to backup and restore my library when my photo library migration to another laptop.  However, I now do not have a backup Time Machine full of my library because the library is too large to store locally.  So now, I'm opting for storing it on iCloud to Apple servers using their 'optimize' Photos option.  Now, if I replace my laptop, I would be sure that as transparent as Time Machine restore solution is to obtain and import the Photo library (for example, the index of all my photos, events / files, location tags, face tags, etc.) on my new laptop directly from iCloud.

Enjoy any clarity in iCloud library restore capabilities!

I now use iCloud for back up my entire library (more than 200 GB).  How to restore a photo library (including all data of pictures like faces, events, etc.) on my MacBook Pro when my MacBook Pro needs to be replaced?

You can create an empty photo library on your new Mac, and then enable iCloud photo library for this new library of Photos.  The library will download icloud, and most of the elements will be restored.

But iCloud is not a backup. It's a centralized storage to keep all libraries updated on all your devices.

There are some things that will not be restored to iCloud, for example the albums faces or your projects.

This document describes how a library will be uploaded to iCloud to another Mac:

Use iCloud photo library on several Mac - Apple Support computers and Photos

After have connected you, these items appear in the Photos on your Mac app:

    • All photos and original videos
    • All folders and albums
    • Smart albums
    • Keywords
    • Keywords from searches of the tile faces
    • Key photo selections

These items are available only on the Mac where you created the:

    • Books, cards and calendars
    • Slideshows
    • Keyword shortcuts
    • Unused keywords
    • Last album imported (this album contains photos you have imported recently on a specific Mac)
    • Facing tiles and faces of the data

I is not entirely based on iCloud as a backup of your photos, but sometimes create a copy of your photo library on an external drive. In this way, you can restore your library, even if you are having problems with the internet connection, and it will be faster.

  • If my phone is backed up via icloud, can I delete my photos from my phone to free up storage capacity?

If my phone is backed up via icloud, can I delete my photos from my phone to free up storage capacity?

When you back up your phone does not affect what is happening in the pictures. Backups are made to keep a snapshot of your device available in case you need to restore this backup device.

Use iCloud photo library? Is that what you mean? If you are, what you remove from the appliance will remove your library of Photos that are stored in iCloud.

If you don't use icloud photo library, you need to import your photos on your computer before remove you any of them (after checked the import was successful): PHOTO IOS of IMPORT FOR MAC/PC
