Can I run SimCity Societies-on Windows 7?

While I was browsing games on original when I thought how end I SimCity: societies, I took one can I run this test, and he said that everything was great, but my video card and when I thought about it I didn't wan't to get a game I can't run since my next PC will be in late 2015 so I wanted to ask if I could run considering it Can I run? can be sometimes defective. So my video card features is: Intel(r) HD Graphics, i3, total memory is 1 696 MB, (4CPUs) 2.53 GHz, 4096 MB RAM, memory availibe Total 1 696 MB, 64 MB dedicated video memory. Everything happened so recommended

    RoboHelp is not certified for use on any server operating system.

    The license allows a single user on a client operating system, such as XP for RoboHelp 7. Not sure about Vista but it is not supported on Windows 7. It can work, and then you might find something broken. Your call on that.
