1. every morning when I start my phone ZTE open I can sync with my Hotmail account. At any time after that it just syncs NOT again for the rest of the day

2. I have read an email on my Firefox ZTE phone open, once I chose any email it seems to start to open it but I can get just the rotation icon, I let it run for an hour and still nothing appears.
