  OK, think about it. Old profile is located in the Windows.old folder. You can move your old profile from the windows.old folder and place it in the current profile folder, and then go and change your profiles.ini and remove your new profile name and enter in your old profile name, then restart TB. Worked like a champ.

  If you are on subscription, you just install it on your new computer and sign in with your ID Adobe that you used to buy PS when you arrive up to two installs, it will tell you that you have exceeded you install limit and asks if you want to disconnect other computers.   If you think that some of your CS3 plug-ins do not work with CC 2015, so I'd say the safest way is to visit the site of the producer of each plugin. see if they have a later version and install it.   I believe that this is the case with NIK, for example.
