  I guess that the BIOS of 64 bit Vista would be the best choice for Windows 7 64 bit. The other version of BIOS on the Toshiba site seems to be for 32 bit OS, so you can choose the 64-bit version of Vista.

  If the disk approximates the computer manufacturer is a type OEM brand, you will not need a key.  Otherwise you will need a key to install it.
