  Please go to Windows Control Panel | Java | Update. The version you are using at the moment is obsolete and can contribute to the problem.

  Updated, go to Tools | Add ons | Plugins and disable Java 1.6.0_14 which is the version that you have installed at the moment.

  I went to a site that I use a lot and when I put my username and password foxfire asked me if I wanted to save them on my computer. I said yes. I had to change the user name and password for the site and now foxfire will not let me connect on htat site because there the old information. I bought it 3 months ago. had some problems with Internet explore, with some programs that werenâ´t works as it should, so I decide to reinstall Windows, so I put a 64-bit Windows 7 installation disc and I format the drive where it was installed, and then reinstall Windows but now I can´t connect to internet if I can´t download the drivers for everything that is here , I Don t even know what is all that I need a driver for. I'm trying to download some drivers from HP.com but for example for LAN I download 4 drivers, atheros, broadcom, realtek, etc. because I Don t know that we are in this book. I Don t know the material that is in this notebook, so I try with all, but still didn t work. The phone didn t come with a CD or anything, so I try the option to download from a PC, the HP Support Assistant and then install it on my laptop, but as I can´t to connect to the internet, it s useless. I have download the AIDA64 because a friend told me this program to tell me which is the material that I have in my laptop, but the only thing I get from this was that network PCI/PnP is Realtek RTL8139/810 x Fast Ethernet Adapter and believe me, I completely lost m. I regret when I remember I did this thinking, it would be as easy as I do on a PC, where I did this several times without problem. Please help me and thank you very much in advance

  I upgraded a.180 to resolve a peripheral gel during the BrickBreaker game. As expected lost all the data of the Organizer, but while I see the hand shake between Desktop Manager (version 4.7) and the Device Manager displays a connection, I cannot perform backups and worse still, cannot sync the Organizer. I have uninstalled and reinstalled software and battery shot til the cows come home. How can I recover the functionality again if this isn't just another nice phone?

  Away sometimes a problem for a little help. It turns out that the 4.6.0.180 upgrade process wiped some data from before the upgrade, but not all. The material was left out of an installation of Pocket Informant for Blackberry.

  Solution was to go to [Options]--> [Advanced Options]--> [Applications] and remove the non-Blackberry files (in this case, the Pocket Informant over material). Save and Exit, reboot and the problem disappears.
